The Culinary Classroom is so much fun! I have participated in the «Evening in Tuscany» for a team building exercise and «When in Rome» with friends. Both experiences were awesome! Linda provides a wealth of information on the history, the science and the techniques of everything from prep to plating. Grab your friends and a few bottles of wine and be prepared to have a great time making excellent food!
