Stopped in this morning to look at phones because the old lady is due for an upgrade.
This Sprint store is slightly bigger than the one I try to avoid going to locally and this morning it was deserted except for one other customer.
We were helped by a rep. who barely spoke to us after he found out that we weren’t there to drop 11 billion dollars for a smart-pimp-drive my car-cook my dinner-solve Middle East Peace phone.
He stood behind us a few inches (alright maybe it was feet but still he had no sense of personal space) and just stared at us while we talked for a few minutes.
Eventually the phone rang and he moved on but we were unimpressed with the selection and quite honestly the «customer service» as well.
Other than the quiet from the lack of customers in the store this place is horrible and I doubt will be back for anything in the future.
But then again we were only there to look before we bought off of their website anyway.
