I called to speak to one of the stylists I know but he was not there. Tina told me to leave my number and message and he will call me back. Two to three days passed and no calls!!! I called again and Tina said the same thing and again I did not get any call back. If this is how they treat a message, I wonder how they treat the hair!!! Looking to go some place else. I wish they would take things as such seriously!!!

I used to go to Marc Harris and Safar. Big mistake. I was getting ripped off and had OK hair at best. I used a groupon for a full highlight (seeing a pattern here?) and saw Brianna. This girl is incredible. She did exactly what I wanted– she made me look like a natural red head. Fantastic with colors and actually listens. She gets you teas and talks to you in depth about realistic expectations. Shes young and very talented. I’m bailing on my friend to make her my new hairstylist maybe you should too.
The receptionist here is super friendly as well– what a bunch of nice people! I live in the city and its a nice break up from salons who act like you should be grateful to have an appointment.

Fair pricing, trendy décor, didn’t really appreciate the receptionist flirting with the male stylist… about drinking too much of all things.
