Guess I’ll start with the fact that the florist delivered the flowers to the WRONGADDRESS. Then I’ll mention the additional fee I paid to have the flowers delivered by NOON which did NOT arrive until 9PM on Christmas Eve. It is understood that Christmas is a busy season and the exact picture from FROMYOUFLOWERS.COM may not be replicated; however, to begin this nightmare by delivering the premium orchid garden I ordered(and paid for) almost 24 hours earlier to the wrong address is completely unacceptable. And then to be told by customer service at FROMYOUFLOWERS.COM that the florist is not answering and that they had left messages with no response until 5pm only to confirm the wrong address is absurd. My stepfather passed away right before Thanksgiving last month. Since I couldn’t be home this Christmas, I decided yesterday afternoon, 12⁄23 to order what I thought was to be a beautiful, premium orchid garden with begonias and succulents to cheer my Mom up and wish her a Merry Christmas. I ordered on-line from Miami and since my Mom loves orchids, I ordered one of the most expensive, bigger orchid gardens with two or more blooms based on the website’s descriptions. When the flowers finally arrived almost nine hours later, I suppose the multiple vases were ok but the level of artisanship and quality of plants were laughable. The arrangement looked NOTHING like I imagined from the picture(wish I could post them side-by-side right now). There were two white orchids but there were also two different random plants placed in these pots with two different red bows. It made no sense. My 8-year old niece could have done a better job. It did NOT look like a $ 120 arrangement and it certainly did NOT arrive on time. Rather than refund my order or rush delivery on a new arrangement, I learned the florist actually asked my mother’s neighbor to walk the flowers over to the correct address. That’s ridiculous, how embarrassing! Unfortunately, I spent most of my time on Christmas Eve trying to address the situation and find these flowers. People order on-line for convenience and reliable service. What a nightmare! Never again!!!
