Nancy is fantastic! She runs a tight ship and is on top of her game. She gets back to you promptly (even called me over a long weekend to reschedule per my request!)
Her men are GREAT! They won’t do something you don’t want them to, they are very professional, and pretty decently on time!
Nancy is fair with her prices — as a repeat customer she has given me some great deals. She has great promotions online monthly as well! You can tell she cares about her clients and wants what’s best for them.
My rugs came out FANTASTIC! They were able to get out so many old stains other companies could not. Quick yet through service. Exceptional work! I’ll continue to go back to Nancy with ChemDry on the North Shore!
I now use her both at home and for my business!

had carpet and sofa cleaned in sept 2013, not happy at all with company, and the sofa stll looks dirty, called the company, very apologetic, was supposed to send out crew and or cleaner for sofa, after listening to problems with the company from the owner for a half hour, never heard from them again… my friend had rave reviews but used the company in canton.

Outstanding customer service!!! I needed a last minute rug cleaning on an accidently water spill on my bedroom carpet and they were out to my home within an hour and a half. The carpet came out fantastic and Nancy at Chemdry helped me over the phone, she did everything to make sure I was taken care of right away~ thank you and I will be referring you to everyone I know!
