I went here to get fabric and decorative pieces in order to make togas for a birthday party.(Yep, that’s right, I said toga… it was a Greek-themed 30th.) They have a huge selection of fabrics, solids as well as prints. Jo-Ann’s also stocks many things for crafting and creative activities, some of which you might not find at an AC Moore. The employee attention is lackluster.

The employees at this location are so inconsiderate. They also don’t allow people to use their restroom because it’s for«employees only». I’m sorry but for a craft store that mainly Women shop at, there SHOULD be available facilities. They were also incredibly rude when my mother was having trouble opening her Joann fabrics app for coupons. Management needs to look into getting better staff and public restrooms-this is 2015 and people should be well aware of what good customer service is and that all human beings need to pee !

This particular Jo-Ann is actually pretty good. They have a good variety of quilting cottons, home dec fabric and apparel fabrics. They also stock Kona cotton solids which I really like for quilting and various width muslins as well as wide width quilt backing fabrics. The fleece has taken over what seems like half of the fabric area but that’s most likely driven by high sales/customer demand so I can’t really count it against them. The batting and fiber fill section is adequate and they get a good assortment of seasonal décor items. The beading/jewelry selection is also adequate considering this isn’t an «Etc.» store. Also, I’d say they are worth a drive because they are near several shopping plazas if you’re looking to run other errands as well.
