I wanted to like this DD /BR a lot. I SPECIFICALLY made the trip to this location on Sunday, for an early lunch and Ice Cream. I LOVE Baskin Robbins, and am in LOVE with the idea of a Baskin Robbins drive thru. But, no I was too late. Supposedly, Baskin Robbins closed on December 23. My luck never fails. When the Baskin Robbins marquee at the drive thru was blank, I knew something was fishy, so I ended up going in. The restaurant itself is quite nice, comparable to most other Dunkin Donuts locations, yet there are SO many, that most of them all blend into together, unless there is something special about them(there was SUPPOSED to be something special about this location, being the ONLY Baskin Robbins location with a drive thru, open 24 hours, but NO it’s gone). Too bad. Guess I’ll have to go back to their Wellesley location(hopefully, THEY won’t close!). So for the closure, –2 stars(being the main reason I came here). For the Dunkin Donuts, the staff were friendly and efficient and the food was fine as normal. I didn’t get as much as I was planning for my early lunch and later got a pizza instead of patronizing here, I’m quite annoyed the Baskin Robbins closed(in that case, why was it still posted on the website when I checked a few days prior, and why is their sign still up, CLEARLY indicating there is a Baskin Robbins!). Overall, fine Dunkin’s but SO Mad about Baskin Robbins. 3 stars.

Best dunkins location I’ve been to. The service alone makes me drive by other locations to get to this one!

This DD needs better service and communication between their staff members. They have two drive thru windows, one to pay and get coffee and the second to pick up items that take longer, like sandwiches. On a recent visit I was given my coffee and told to pull forward to the second window for my egg white flatbread. No problem, except there was already a van I front of me waiting at the second window and I couldn’t pull forward, period. When I pointed that out to the woman she sarcastically told me that she knew and to pull forward after he left. Ok, no problem. Not 15 seconds later another woman handed me my flatbread through the first window and I still had to wait for the van to leave to move. When I opened my flatbread later it was«undercooked». The bread wasn’t toasted and the cheese was barely melted. Next time I think I’ll try one of the many other DD’s in the area.

Free breakfast at my hotel every morning? Nope. I never made the free breakfast while I stayed at my hotel, the breakfast ended at 1000am. I however ate 3 breakfasts at this Dunkin’ Donuts a block down from the hotel. Cheap, quick and fairly tasty eats made for an easy choice before I started my busy day while on a mini vacation. PLUS, there’s no Dunkin Donuts in Southern California. This location had a drive thru, was clean, good service(teens working the counter) and even had a Baskin Robbins(ice cream). I always went in for a DD coffee a donut and one of their breakfast items(steak, egg and cheese mini burritos or a flat bread sausage breakfast sandwich) on this trip to the East Coast. I can say DD is just OK and NOT all that. Their donuts aren’t fabulous, their coffee is ok. But I think the fact that I can’t get DD anytime I want and the name makes me a bit bias on my rating. LOVEDD!

Haven’t been to a Baskin Robbins in a long time and BONUS that it is with a Dunkin Donuts. I still love the little pink spoons. Snickers in a cup hit the spot. This place gets 5 stars since I love coffee and I love ice cream so having one stop shopping rocks! The place is clean and easy to get to near 495.
