Chipotle Mexican Grill

I’m done with this location. One would think that in light of the Chipotle brand’s recent struggles, that each individual shop would go out of its way to ensure a positive experience. But these guys really couldn’t care less. If you go in with a prescribed idea of what you want, forget it — they will inevitably be out of at least one key ingredient, or will make you wait 10 minutes while they prepare another woefully inadequate supply.
This shop truly is an outlier. I have had nothing but good experiences at literally every other Chipotle I have visited, from Seekonk, Massachusetts, to Phoenix, Arizona. And for a quick stop for food, this would normally be my first option. But I went in last night thinking that if they could at least have passable service, I would carry on. But a lengthy wait for brown rice, getting a not-​quite-​full portion of chicken (because that was all that was there) and being completely out of salsa — all with the staff’s usual smug attitude (as if I was ordering the wrong thing) — was too much.

I love Chipotle. But this Chipotle stinks! They are always out of something! I have been here about 10 times, and maybe twice they had what I order. Either you’re waiting for chicken, or they have no lettuce, or no chips, no sour cream, no green salsa… it really is something everytime. And I’ve been there all different times of day. I could see if they ran out of something a half hour before close, but not at 7PM! Not going to this Chipotle anymore.

The food was outstanding. Pricey but worth it.
The dining room was disgusting. Only about half a dozen clean tables and the garbage was over full.
Next time food will be to go.

What kind of chipotle runs out of sour cream, lettuce, cheese and mild sauce?! Thats literally ¾ of my burrito bowl. What a disappointment.

Aside from the ingredients being delicious and fresh, the employees here are some of the nicest, energetic people I’ve run into in the food business. I will continue to make it a point to get lunch here when I am in the area, you will leave with a full belly and a smile on your face.

Chipotle is always great. This location was very clean and there was no line in the way when I got there around 11:15. Ordered my burrito and it was perfect. I asked for light on the guac and they gave it to me free which was very nice of them. All the staff was friendly.

Always have a positive customer experience at this location. Food is always great and quick to get in and out of.

I eat at this chipotle at least twice a week. Staff is friendly, food is great, restaurant is always clean including the bathrooms and I’ve never had a bad meal. Highly recommended.

Just not a good experience here. Food was bad and the employees were yelling and I just couldn’t understand why. They ran out of chips… How’s that happen?

The portions at this place are terrible. They skimped on everything except for the hot sauce and, I mean, I’m a guy who likes his food spicy, but a huge ladle of the red tomatillo sauce on a little mound of everything else was a little extreme.

Bad food, the portion was way smaller than other chipotle I’ve been to, I’m a loyal advocate for chipotle. But such a disappointment this time. The rice was undercooked, the center is still hard, the steak was over-​cooked like a rock. The lettuce was yellow and far from fresh the guacamole smelled! The services… I don’t wanna even start, why such a rush? There weren’t that many people in line. I’ve ordered extra chicken in the quesadilla! Where is the extra chicken? Unbelievable! Never to return to this store again! And people please stay away too!

Close to home, convenient location, and great food. The staff is always pleasant and friendly, and I’ve never had any issues with my orders. I will continue to be a frequent customer!

Prolly the worst chipotle around the 508
Their wrapping is mediocre, they workers skimp on fillings as if they were paying for them themselves. Which might not be their fault, could be garbage mgmt, who knows. The volume of the place has been weird every time I’ve been. Yeah let me shout at you over this counter for a while, that’s legit.
Idk, fuck this location. Just go to Taco Bell.

I love the food here. Always fresh. Never cold. I would have to say I like the barbacoa or carnitas tacos the best. But then why only 3 stars.
I have been to multiple locations and I have to say the design of this place is the worst set up for a restaurant. First you will walk in and immediately notice the very high ceilings. Makes for really bad air flow. I was sitting there cold (at least it wasn’t the food). The music was fine that’s not why I was there. But since the place is so open you can’t really hear it. Add to that the giant glass windows in the front the place is very bright. Not to inviting for a restaurant. I wanted to sit and relax but instead it was chilly and uninviting.

We’ve never been to a Chipotle and didn’t know what to expect. The menu was pretty simple. You get to pick white or brown rice, chicken, pork or beef, black or pinto beans (refried beans would have been nice) and mild, medium or hot salsa.
I had a carnita burrito that was huge and filled to bursting with brown rice, shredded pork, black beans, salsa, sour cream and guacamole. It was a yummy treat and we will definitely go back.

I love love love this place. I love the steak bowl with the cilantro lime rice.
The staff can use an attitude adjustment but I shut it down when need be. A good place to stop for a bite

Way too loud and too much background noise because there is no décor to absorb the sound. Also, the music could have been a little softer. Couldn’t hear the servers behind the counter ask me what I wanted, so I did not get my steak burrito just as I wanted. The burrito itself was just ok. Probably will not go back, definitely not to this one anyway.

I love Chipotle, but this time it was a horrible experience. That night my sister and I decided to go out for dinner after work. We ordered the infamous chicken burrito, everything was great until the next morning when I was in a nauseous state and had to go to the doctors to find out that I had food poisoning. The place looked clean, but someone in there did not wash their hands! I am never going to this Chipotle again…

Delicious food and great prices! It gets a little noisy in there but oh well. I always get a chicken burrito and it definitely fills me up! I recommend asking the people who make it to «grill» it, it adds a light crispiness to the tortilla and really makes it that much better. If you live in Taunton or Raynham it’s a great in between place for Taco Bell which is dirt cheap and not authentic Mexican, and El Mariachi which is delicious but can be more expensive. Give this place a try if you like burritos or Mexican food!

Okay, I don’t know if this Chipotle is just like, not with it yet… but every other Chipotle gives you ten times the amount of EVERYTHING that this one gives you. Get yourself together, Raynham Chipotle. I want a burrito bowl I need to struggle to carry to the table. You are not providing me with that.
