Was looking to switch over to verizon. Was getting sick of att. Mike Wilson was very helpful with the process and got me a great deal that was just right for me. Made me feel like he was working for me. He also helped assist me with my switch to android from the iPhone which was awesome. Took extra time to answer questions. Would highly recommend asking for him. Excellent service!

I purchased my phone in this location in Raynham. The sales associate that helped me was Manny and he was wonderful! He answered all my questions and really went above and beyond. Very professional and efficient. I will be recommending this store to friends and family for sure!

Came in a couple weeks ago with a not properly cell phone. While I was ready for an up grade I ask for the newest version of my old phone (Samsung) I was push by 3 sales men to get the new LG by telling me that is better, faster ext ext
I asked them what happen if and they said that I had 2 weeks to decide if I like it and also that as a manager I could get a $ 200 gift card. 5 days later and while I was going crazy with the new phone (not faster or better plus extra confusing) I took it back to the store. Same people but this time not to excited to see me.
They said that that I couldn’t return the phone coz they already sent in the gift card and also they will get in trouble coz they shouldn’t blah blah blah
Long story all ready called and complain to Verizon and they can’t do anything until they investigate and in the mean time I am stuck with a phone that I don’t want.
Every day that goes by I am getting closer and closer to AT&T!

Came in here JUST for a car charger, and immediately felt like I was in a used car lot. While checking out the sales associate would not let up on trying to sell me a new phone, despite my telling him I was not there for a phone. He was so aggressive. I am buying a phone in a few months but I will NOT being going here.
