Awesome! Called in, woman on the phone was super friendly. Was looking for a defrost thermostat for my kenmore fridge. They had a couple options in stock, fantastic! Went and picked it up the same day in person. A bit pricier than any other online places like repairclinic and appliancepartspros or amazon, but got it the same day! Part fixed my fridge, so can’t complain.

This is a fantastic place to buy parts. I called to ask if they had a certain part in stock, and the employee who took my call spent 10 minutes on the phone with me, trying to help me figure out if I was ordering the right part. When I got to APC, the employee who checked me out was also super helpful and nice.
The best part about APC? The prices. Before you order parts from Sears or any of the online part retailers, call Appliance Parts Center. They were $ 25 less on one part I needed, and $ 40 less on the other.

I have called APC several times looking for replacement parts for dryer, washer, etc. I usually try to fix things myself with the help of youtube and other internet sites. They always have the part I need. Even for a 20 year old washer!
