This review is directed at the Pharmacy. I picked up a common prescription on a weeknight. The doctor’s office filed it, and, to Walgreens’ credit, they called my cell to tell me when it was ready. I stopped by after work to pick it up and was a little put off by the pharmacist. The assistant was pretty helpful, even looking up some options to reduce the co-pay(he saved the rating from a lower one), but the pharmacist failed to offer any explanation, instruction, recommendation, or care expected of someone who is handing out medication. Place was clean, though, and others in the store were polite and helpful. One thing I don’t get: if you’re at the counter, why would they stop helping you and go to help the drive-thru window? If I took the time to park and walk in, doesn’t that rank ahead of another customer who just drove up?

I love the cosmetics lady here. She really knows her stuff. It’s nice to be able to ask her about a product and she gives you an honest answer.
