Raymond General Store

We stop here often on our motorcycle rides. The bar is straight out of the old west, everyone is super friendly, and drinks are CHEAP. Great place.

We took a drive out here weekend before Halloween. Saw this little town on the map and had to do some exploring. Too bad the museum was closed. But the internet is full of some info too on Raymond. We stopped by here because I needed to use the bathroom bad. lol But I saw this building and had to pop in. Love how the general store (outside) hasn’t changed its look in probably 100 years. inside is alright, nothing too special. Store on one side w/​a deli and bar on other side. Looks like they were getting ready for a Halloween party on the bar side. I wonder if its haunted? Supposedly the train use to stop here back in the day on way to Yosemite also was called Wildcat Station then too. And you can tell and see where it went through. Next time we drive out there again, will stop at the Inn across the street too. I’ll post a photo soon.
