The absolute worst. July 2nd our apartment flooded. Their response was two guys vacuuming 80 gallons of water out of the apartment and have a great holiday weekend. We had to buy fans and a shop vac to assist in the drying process. They finally dropped a industrial fan four days after the incident. The flood was caused by broken gutters in front of our apartment and clogged drains on the property. All we got were excuses and fingerpointing. «We had an engineering company clear the drains in the spring» Well they did a lousy job! Strange how usually we would have noticed those things. Then he blamed tenants who he refused to name. I call BS! BTW they weren’t going to replace the carpets or carpet padding or the wood soaked trim or baseboard. Then they wondered why they were getting complaints about mildew and mold and a stench from us. And of course they point the finger at us. Now we’ve been out a month and they won’t even return our call about getting our security back let alone anything about the furniture we had to throw out for their negligence. Looks like we’re gonna be court bound!
