Arby’s

This Arby’s was not a good place. The bathroom (women’s) was, according to my wife, «disgusting». Toilet paper sheets on the floor. Paper towel and toilet paper dispensers were empty and the refills were scattered about. Trash can overflowing…
Outside, the dumpsters were full and overflowing. Bad sign for the food. 3 out of 4 of us (not me) bought and ate a value meal. Those 3 became varying degrees of ill. I can’t and won’t conclude that the food was responsible but we have decided that we won’t ever stop at that particular Arby’s again.

My boyfriend and I where on the way to the Balloon Fiesta from Colorado and stopped at this Arby’s on the way. As we drove away from the drive thru and got on the highway, we dug into our meals. My boyfriend was happily eating his fries until he came upon some STAPLES, yes STAPLES, in his cup of fries. We were on a schedule to get to Albuquerque so we didn’t turn around. Needless to say we will NEVER EVER stop here again.

I went here on Thanksgiving Day on out way to Santa Fe. It was average-​like any Arby’s ever. Bathroom clean, staff nice, curly fries curly. Normally
I wouldn’t review fast food but you kids are being too hard on poor Raton. They don’t have much else…

BEWARE Dirty Crooks Crew, pay cash here if you have to eat here!!! I’m in the Air Force and got orders to move from Colorado to LA and I decided to take a break at this location when I was on my way to Los Angeles. The reviews were right, the crew at this Arbys are dirty as puck and they charge my atm card double, I called the manager, a hispanic female after a month when I did my check balance and caught the double charge. The manager pretends she will do something about it but NOT. Till now nothing happened, what low life puckers!

I COMPLETELY agree with the other two reviewers. Do NOT eat here. It took more than 40 minutes to order and get our food and took less than that to eat — even with a 2 year old! Staff was completely disorganized and not very caring about the food. Ordered a roasted spicy chipotle chicken sandwich and got a fried something else instead. Not eating at Arby’s again.

Agree with first reviewer. Had a very similar experience. Do not eat here.

Ate there on our way home from the mountains yesterday. I wouldn’t go again. When we got to the door, it was stuck and we had to pull very hard to open it. We were then overwhelmed with a strange smell and the hubbie had some reservations, but we were tired and had drivin for miles and miles and miles by that point so we just wanted some food. I got the usual, a roast beef combo and an apple turnover (which are fantastic, by the way) and my husband got the chicken club (bacon and swiss cheese) combo. I was immediately sick after eating there. I went to the restroom and found cigarette butts and toilet paper littering the bathroom floor and the lock was broken for the one stall. While this is happening in the women’s restroom, there’s a guy outside the door mopping the floors. Didn’t get that one. It was also more pricey than I remembered Arby’s being. Totally not worth it. My husband and I are both not well today, so avoid this place at all costs!!! Eat KBOBs instead!
