My initial experience was not bad at Dr. Janss office. The staff was courteous and Dr. Janss explained things very well. However, I went to my G.P. right after and she said that she’d been to several se seminars on sinus issues and that Dr. Janss’ prescriptions were outdated. and no longer recommended. She recommended I not fill them. Later, I called a couple times to ask questions and the formerly nice nurse was EXTREMELY surly and acted like I could not be more of a bother. She actually said to me «Why should I tell the Dr. We’re putting her through this?» when I had to ask a second question. I guess their mood in the office is dictated by whether or not they’re making $ 1,000 an hour.
