Been coming here for years, always amazing service, and amazing hookah with great prices! Best hookah in town and best I’ve had in all of the states I’ve been to! Nate is by far the best server around! Super clean and great smoking hookah. The atmosphere is just a place you want to be.

I’m from San Diego and have had many great hookah and food experiences, but I gotta say, Ifrits is the real deal. I came here just after the Sturgis rally and although they were understandably out of some products, Mac took care of us. He recommended a great employee blend and it was on point. Now to the food. The sign out front claims they have the best pizza in town. I’ve previously lived here and have eaten at enough places to put their claim to the test. Their pizza is very very good. I ordered the Ifrits special(the hot one) with spicy marinara sauce, pepperoni, and jalapeños. I highly recommend this if you like spicy meat etc. Overall I’m impressed. Granted it was late afternoon on a Tuesday so it wasn’t busy, but I’m sure on a Saturday night I would still have a similar experience. That pizza crust… Man… That is a tasty way to end your slice. Check it out!

This place is hilarious. If you are looking for 90s music, dim lighting, 18 year olds who can’t yet drink legally and need something to do that is rebellious, and delicious chai(but no really, it’s good), then you should check it out.

Employees… AWESOME. Dont even mind this review! Reason for 1 star? Business practices are horrible. They are nickle and diming their customers. They dont even allow you to get tap water for free… instead, they charge you $ 1.50 for a .20 bottle of water that was picked up from a local walmart. Really? Heres a tip for the owners of this fine establishment… I understand profit and margins, but theres a fine line between making money and burning bridges. You are very close to driving many customers away with your greed. You want ppl coming back and good reviews? Let your employees do what they are doing and hook your customers up. 1STAR!

Great hookah lounge with a great environment. It’s not overbearingly loud so you can actually hold a conversation. They have a great selection, the hookah’s are priced reasonably and most of the staff know their hookahs pretty well. Mack and Bryce are by far the best servers there. Very much recommend this place, you’ll have a nice, relaxing time with friends. More enjoyable if you come during a weekday when it’s not so crowded. Also, Pizza is my favorite in the rapid city area, you have to try it! Everything is made from scratch!

I literally bugged a poor waitress about e-cig products for 15 minutes straight, and she answered all of my questions and more while providing excellent customer service. I have been thoroughly impressed with the atmosphere and the overall staff. This is probably one of the most relaxing establishments in Rapid City and it absolutely crushes any of it’s competition. Seriously, don’t waste your time with anyone else. PS I also like how clean they keep everything.

I’m a hookah lounge owner from California and I must say I’m beyond impressed. Travis and Nate were beyond amazing with the service and knowledge of the product and sheisha. Hands down a must visit place. My new hangout spot when I’m on business in the area. Thank you for an amazing experience!

Ok I maybe a little bias cause grew up with one of the owners here, but I must say this place seems to always bring the good times when I come to town. It has great energy, great music, and just something different then your local honkey tonk bar. I also like it you can just chill and talk to some friends.

Ok, reality check: I grew up in Rapid City, SD which — while certainly a nice place to grow up — has always tended to be a trifle sheltered from modern trends. So imagine my surprise when, while visiting my dad over the holidays, I find a real, true-to-life hookah lounge! Go ahead, imagine it. I’ll chill… So then, aside from the pleasant surprise derived simply from this place’s existence, it actually turned out to be seriously fly(that’s still a hip word, right?). Rundown time! They had… –a very nice décor — sort of a tongue-in-cheek middle eastern motif with large plants(possibly fake, didn’t check) & camels literally painted on the walls, which never failed to amuse the crap outta me; –a few TVs on the walls, but high up enough so they weren’t distracting; –a decently wide variety of tobacco flavors & brands at very respectable prices(of course I’m used to Chicago prices, so take that for what it’s worth); –a small but nice menu of beverages(no alcohol was served while I was there, but they had displayed a sign indicating they were just granted a license, so that may change); –and every time I was there, great music! From the two nights I remember in particular: one had a DJ set up & mixing, the other had an abundance of Daft Punk, whom I love!(Full disclosure: while they didn’t say anything, considering I was both visible & audible in my glee for their music selection that night, it’s certainly quite possible they continued to play it for my sake.) Then get this: to top off the wicked-fresh time I had there, one of the girls on the staff(ALL of whom were totally chill, nice, & laid back, lest I forget to mention it!) asked me if I’d tried a particular brand of tobacco they offered on their menu. I had not. It was the most expensive brand they carried(which I still considered awfully low priced), but she offered to let me try it at the same price as their lowest-priced brand the next time I came in, simply because she thought it was good & that I might like it. Now THAT’S the kind of service that gets repeat customers! Too bad it costs over $ 400 to fly there… Oh, btw, the only — & I repeat, ONLY — reason I give Ifrits 4 rather than 5 stars is because the general space is very open, with one long booth with separate tables in front of it alongside one wall, a small section of couches and chairs right in front of the large front window, & various tall round tables in the middle. This is a matter of personal preference here; I just prefer my hookah lounges to be somewhat more enclosed & cut off from the rest of the world & less like a restaurant.
