I recently dropped of my favorite faux fur throw for dry cleaning and was HORRIFIED with the results. When I took the throw out of its packaging, the fur had shriveled and what had been a Queen sized throw was just about large enough for a crib. When I called to see what could be done, I was referred to an off-site Supervisor«Teddy» who was difficult to reach. After 3 phone calls, I finally explained my disappointment over what had happened and he said for me to drop the throw back off in Randolph for him to look at. After about 2 weeks of not hearing back, I tried to call again and after another 3 phone calls got a call back. He told me he could give me a $ 14 credit for the dry cleaning and a $ 25 credit towards future service, but I should contact the manufacturer(note: the throw had been dry cleaned before at another cleaners and it turned out just fine). I told Teddy that I would take the $ 14 credit for what I paid, but I didn’t want to bring anything else there and he could toss the throw. What had been large enough for a Queen bed was now barely large enough for a baby crib… Horrible dry cleaners and even more horrible customer service.

I had been a customer for over 20 years; they used to be great but they have changed ownership; they no longer do anything onsite. I picked up a dress this past weekend and couldnt believe how wrinkled it was; wrinkled like a set of sheets out the dryer. I will have to iron the dress before I can wear it. Dry cleaning prices these days are ridicilous.

I have not had any problems with the service, but the prices are not reasonable, although I have not shopped prices on dry cleaning in quite some time. When picking up my most recent dry cleaning, I asked for a quote on cleaning my leather jacket, $ 90. That’s $ 15 less than what I paid for it, granted that was a LONG time ago. I used to pay $ 30 to clean it when I lived in West Roxbury. So, I’ll continue to go hear if I cannot find a more reasonably priced cleaners. Also, I think it’s $ 3.50 to clean a neck tie. Seriously???

Best dry cleaner I’ve found in the area. Staff is friendly and I appreciate how they launder and dry clean onsite. Price is extremely reasonable as well.
