This was my first time ordering. Appetizers only came in one size so were quite pricey. Delivery came in less time than promised which was nice. The crab Rangoon had a different filling than I have ever had and the spring roll also was different. Not fond of either. The barbecued spare ribs were dry. The crispy shrimp was not crispy. On a positive note, the fried rice was good. All in all, wouldn’t rush to order from them again.

The driver was pretty fast but knocked extremely Loud when he arrived. The food was hot but very dry. Not in a rush to order again.

I was very disappointed after waiting almost an hour and half for delivery when the restaurant is only a short distance away. If I had not called they would have charged me for the food but never delivered it! I understood mistakes happen and I wanted to continue with my order and asked how would I be convenienced if at all for waiting this long, and because the manager was out there was nothing that could be done. Awful customer service. Still waiting on my refund…

Well, it WAS good, but with new owners comes sub par food. Pity, we loved this place.

Really good food and cheap compare to the quantity which is served. The only Chinese restaurant really convincing me around town.

Food was great! Our server explained and answered all our questions. I had lots of questions but she was patient. I just don’t like the place or the water they served. It was pretty dirty and the water tasted old. I would recommend only for take-out purposes !

Not a bad place. Chicken wings are good. Gotta kill those flies chilling in the entrance way.

Not never again horrible ruined my high I ordered delivery they told me 25 – 30 minutes, I only live within a mile of this place and they came 30 minutes late. So after an hour of waiting for my food the delivery guy came I gave him a twenty for a eleven and some change total he takes it and starts to walk off I’m like hey guy where you going I have no change he said I told him to give me my twenty back and go get change and out of nowhere he had change. I got a combination platter with Crab Rangoon which was ok Pork Fried Rice which I think there was two tiny pieces of pork in all of the rice no flavor to it at all then Lobster Sauce so nasty I gave it to my dog she smelt it and walked away. I called C&J to ask if they had a menu online. They referred to their website, as well as , both of which come up with«create your website now» sites. The person answering the phone asked if I knew what I wanted, and I said«No, not without a menu.» He then said that menus were available at the restaurant, but that defeats the entire purpose of delivery.

We went here this past weekend for my sisters birthday; this used to be a well known chinese restaraunt years ago in Randolph. I gave it two stars because the food was actually decent but this place has no ambiance and is basically a local spot which is half restaurant and half bar/keno. The dining room was too bright, I even asked why it was so bright and if they could dim the lights; you could see the stained ceiling panels. The pu-pu platters had no flame when brought to the table, asked to relight and they went out in seconds. Also, the rest of the food came out about five minutes after the pu-pu platters. Would no go back to this place we should of went with our original plans to go to Chinatown in Canton.

OK, we tried again. This time we ordered take out with a group of family and we were actually pleased. The food was ready on time and it was tasty. It’s take out Chinese food, so it had to be a little greasy, but it wasn’t too greasy. We ordered chicken fried rice, chicken lomein, chicken wings, crab rangoons, and beef teriyaki. Everything was good. I think the rice kind of lacked flavor, but the lomein noodles were thick and tasty. Overall, we were pleasantly surprised. Well done C&J.

This review is for their DELIVERY and take out service only, as we only use them for that purpose. The food quality is very high. Fresh vegetables, tasty sauces. The long and the short of it is, although at times they have been inconsistent, they’re still the best around. You have to be very careful and specific when ordering. Make sure that you ask them not to forget the Fish Sauce for the Peking Dumplings, more than once that’s been an issue. Make sure they review the whole order with you before you hang up the phone. If YOU are careful, you’ll get the right order and the quality and taste will be worth it! Also, their delivery has a pretty broad range of where they drive to, and also is pretty quick. Despite a few disappointments in the past, we will definitely continue to order from them. The last time we ordered was 4÷6÷13 and everything was perfect. «Only 4 stars» comes from the inconsistency of past deliveries, but I would give a 4.5 stars for food, and that’s what keeps us coming back. We hope that they’re on the up and up now because they blow anybody else out of the water in Randolph, Holbrook, Abington, and surrounding towns in terms of yummyness and quality of food.

I gave C&J another chance last night and although the experience was much better than the first time, I didn’t think it was great overall. Instead of sushi, I opted for the cashew chicken combination plate with wonton soup, pork fried rice, and boneless spare ribs. Other people in our party had an appetizer combination plate, pad thai, and kung pao chicken. We also split a large order of spare ribs. Our server was much more efficient but she was clearly all about business: «What you want to drink?» «What you want to eat?» The food was okay at best. First, our soups came out rather quickly but no more than two minutes later came our food. The cashew chicken didn’t have cashews, but instead it had peanuts in it. Definitely underwhelming. The spare ribs we split were really fatty and had practically no meat on them. I definitely can’t say I will return.

Great place to come for a lot of food for an okay price. They give you a lot of rice if you take out. During sports season a lot of people go to the bar and watch the games. It’s a fun place to socialize on Friday nights. Best Mai Tais ever

I have been here before and had better. The service was great but it did not make up for the poorly wrapped sushi and overcooked veggie fried rice. The only reason to return is for crab rangoons. This place was a bit pricey too!

This place is pretty good! They are very accepting of the post-show rowdy yelling of the theater crowd I do plays with, which is beyond kind. They are open late(!!) and have an amusing tropical kinda whimsical drinks menu and of course if you’re in that saucy mood where only a scorpion bowl will do, they’ve got you covered. The food is nice too — I ordered fried tofu(surprisingly lightweight and not too greasy! loved it!) and tend to grab whatever else everyone is eating for bites. The usual array of American Chinese food, a few authentic(according to cast member who just got back from China) dishes, and the requisite pu pu. I haven’t tried the sushi yet, but so far I’ve tried all of the soups and haven’t been disappointed. Possible downsides — you might get stuck with a dining room chock full of yelling theater kids. Last time I was there the community crowd met the high school crowd, and it was really unbelievable. I felt kind of bad for those not inclined to yell. Also the back bar room, man, you just know you are not in an urban area by that shit… sheesh. And maybe a little pricey? But I realize I’m pretty cheap minded, so we’ll call it moderate. C & J’s I salute you. I shall return.

Great food, great service, wonderful bar. We order take out and or delivery at least once a month from here. It is much better than the other local place, Ocean City, prices and service better. Their shu mei is wonderful, and their bartender Kenny is the best!!! The bar can attract an eclectic group at night, sometimes the youngsters can make it a little over the top, and I have wondered if they are all of drinking age due to extremely immature behavior. We leave when the enviornment gets like that. We enjoy going Tuesday nights, nice music!
