Good Nails

Do not go to this salon. Terrible customer service. When asked if my nails could be cut shorter, the lady started complaining in her language, she then called me a bitch later on. Horrible experience. Do not go to this salon!!!

Decided to try this out after reading another review…
Location: off of Liberty Road in Randallstown, in the same shopping center as the Family Dollar, there aren’t any large signs that can be seen from the street. It is pretty much right next to the Family Dollar.
I was able to sit down immediately, I sat for a bit though, as there was only one nail technician doing pedicures that day. I think he gave me a good pedicure, I have to admit I was a bit concerned because I didn’t see them clean the bowl after folk, and I didn’t see them use new tools I BELIEVE he sanitized them in between (let’s hope so) You know I have heard horror stories, djm…
Next I got a gel manicure, and even after being all super particular about how I wanted my nails, the nail tech was still super nice, and did an awesome job! She also did my eyebrow waxing and they look good…#heyboo
So from my understanding, if you get a pedicure, you get a five dollar discount on the gel mani, or gel polish change. I was super excited about this, because I have yet to find a salon that just does a polish change for manicures…
Anyway, I think this place is reasonably priced, the service is good, the manicure/​pedicure is done well soooo I’d like to return, but I have to check out those bowls before I stick my feet back in…
ahhh reminds me of home… loves it!

I ventured out to a different nail salon it was on my way home and I wanted my nails done today. The service was great not a long wait even when 4 people walked in at same time. The prices are great gel mani/​pedi 40.00 regular mani/​pedi 27.99. The only reason it wasn’t 5 star my pedi was done by the younger of 2 guys in there and he wasn’t very good but my feet are never bad so the basic was fine with me. The lady who did my manicure also did my design on big toe it was perfect and waxed my eyebrows which look amazing. Ok now this place is closer to home and I think may be my new salon.
