New Years Day my daughter, grandaughters and I went to Colins for lunch. It was not crowded when we arrived at 1:30 but soon filled up. We ordered 2 appetzers, buffalo wings and crab dip, both were very good. Our entrees, broiled stuffed shrimp with collards and yams, crab cake sandwich with fries, ribs and shrimp with mac n cheese and ribs with mac n cheese n yams. Collards, fried, candied yams and mac n cheese all got an overwheming 10+. The ribs a 9, the crab cake a 7 it was fried a little to hard, fried shrimp an 8 they should have been bigger and butterflief and lastly the broiled stuffed shrimp a 9, the imperial stuffing had a tad too much lemon. Our drinks were good, coke was not watery and lemonade was good. The bread was hot and very good. We ordered bread pudding to go for my mom. She rated it 10+. The service was the best I have encountered and I eat out frequently. The hostess seated us with a smile, the server was neat and clean down to her shoes, she was friendly but not overly, efficient but not hovering and fast without forgeting one thing. When we left the hostess thank us and invited us to come back again and I will.

Worst service ever!!! My advice to anyone who comes here is don’t! The crab cakes was filler very little crab meat. The Mac and cheese was dry. Waited over an hour for the food to come. The drinks taste watered down and weak. While the servers are friendly they are not very bright. Stay away at all cost. There are better place to eat around this area.

We were seated right away and the waitress was very attentive throughout the evening. My partner enjoyed the cream of crab soup and we shared the delicious steamed mussels. My grilled rainbow trout with mac & cheese and collard greens were tasty. Well worth the trip!

So… I was in Randallstown visiting and we were looking(well, I was looking) for some good seafood in the area. I did a search and this place up on the top of the list. Read some reviews and wasn’t sure, so I sat in the parking lot finding a 2nd and 3rd option. My stomach no longer wanted to wait, so we went inside to just go ahead and try it. I went in and the décor was nice and there were a bunch of friendly people. Ordered some calamari and baked stuffed salmon and a few alcoholic beverages. Drinks came out, then the calamari, and I took a bite… GREAT freaking calamari, great drinks, and the baked salmon was magnificent. Wonderful black owned business to support with great food and service.

Excellent meal tonight. Had wonderful crab cakes very little filler. But that was after wonderful appetizers: mussels and New England clam chowder. Awesome. Had a wonderful sangria too. Service was top shelf too. Will definitely return.

Celebrating a 60th bday(party of 15) man all the food came out hot & in large portions. From the cheese steak to Alfredos, rainbow trout to seafood platters we was all satisfied. For the different taste buds at the tables we was glad we came out here.

I have been here quite a few times, but today I decided to try something different. Usually I have a fear of trying new dishes because I am disappointed so often. But Collin’s has done it once again. Today I purchased the stuffed shrimp that comes with an imperial sauce baked into the crabmeat… omg… It was to die for. Have u ever had a meal so good, you’re stuffed but you keep eating? Lol this is what happens with Collin’s food. The shrimp were a fairly decent t size and they were cooked to perfection. I would recommend the Collin’s Angus burger as well. Best burger in Randallstown. They can get quite crowded so I recommend waiting until after the lunch crowd is gone if u want to eat inside.

This was my first time so I sat at the bar for a drink and to try the mac n ’ cheese everyone was raving about. The mac was well seasoned but they must use a pound of butter per serving, it was almost a bowl full of oil. Eat it hot because it’s going to be a solid block of grease when it gets cold. The drinks were delicious. I tried the layered Sangria and then moved on to the Southern Breeze. I ordered the chicken wings with yams and greens to go. I thought I ordered some peach cobbler but when I got home discovered they gave me bread pudding instead. I wasn’t what I ordered but I wasn’t disappointed so I won’t complain. I’ll definitely try this place again.

This place is ok, not good enough for me to write a rave review about. We went on a Sunday, the shrimp appetizer, was small and I have paid less for more/better tasting shrimp. I ordered the ribs & crabcake entrée with collard greens, yams and macaroni and cheese. The collard greens were AWFUL! Everything else was just ok overpriced and it wasn’t great. The salmon entrée… was mediocre at best… maybe i came on a bad day but it was a Sunday afternoon!

OMG soo good! wanted some fish and bartender(i sat at bar) recommended the crab stuffed salmon. was kind of skeptical because not everyone can season or cook salmon to my liking. got the food with sides of collards, yams, and an extra side of mac n cheese. ALLDELICIOUS! and i fashion myself as a tough critic but i was very satisfied! and it doesn’t hurt that they had all-day happy hour going on… took away a star because it took a while to get greeted and get the food but bartenders were nice and food was well worth the wait! enjoy!

Had such a great time here with my girlfriend on Tuesday for crab night. We laughed, caught up and ate some of the best crabs I’ve ever had. Great staff, clean, and great management. A dozen crabs cost us 32 dollars not bad at all. We also got a Caesar salad, wings, corn bread and the cheese cake for dessert. All very good. Our waitress was super attentive and sweet. Even though very busy she made us feel like we were her main priority. I will be coming back to Collins for a nice dinner with my girls or the boyfriend. I would say it’s great for dinner and happy hour for sure.

Collin’s is proud of what they do, and they should be, it’s great food. We have visited 4 or 5 times and they are consistent. I love everything I’ve eaten there from simple things to the big specials. My wife has some preferences for how things are cooked and would prefer steamed seafood. Most of the time, the kitchen can accommodate this sort of request. But if the chef can’t stop the butter, can’t they have the server let the diner know? Every time this has happened, our server did a great job. I’d just prefer to enjoy a meal with friends and family where we all get our meals at the same time. We will be back.

Visited Colins on a Saturday just before 5pm with a group of 6. It was pretty slow at the time and we were immediately seated. Though we did get lucky, as a large group came in just after we placed our food order. The food came a bit slow, but not slow enough to ruin the experience. Service Some of the best service I’ve had in the area at any restaurant. The waitress made sure we were all satisfied and kept up with refills and requests. Food Went with the Calamari as an appetizer. Boosh! Not overly fried or breaded. The sauce wasn’t spectacular, but it was nearly gone when we were done, so I think everyone liked it. The Shrimp and Ribs entrée was also a good choice. More shrimp would have been nice, but the meal was filling. The ribs were super tender and to say the collard greens were amazing would be an understatement. I could eat a plate of that alone if it were socially acceptable. Overal A great dining experience and I will be back to try more of the menu and something from the bar.

This evening was my first time at Colin’s after hearing so much about it. Im so glad to have finally dined here and I will be returning. We arrived at 6:00 on a Saturday and were seated right away considering the place being packed with teo parties. We we also welcomed by a waiter within minutes of being seated. I ordered the shrimp and ribs and my guest ordered steak and greens. Both us were full abd very satisfied with our meals. Staff is very pleasant, the food is delicious, and you were served quickly. The owner and executive chef even visited our table. I understand there’s a great happy hour here as well. I will be sure to fibd out. #HappyDining

This is a great neighborhood spot to come to during the week. I didn’t feel like cooking so stopped in to get a crab cake platter. The place is a little on the small side. The décor is nice and modern with very little separation from the bar and restaurant areas. The hostess and waitress were very friendly and seated me without a problem. Maybe it’s because the weekday crowd is lighter. Prices are about what you would expect for a seafood restaurant. The food was well prepared and you can tell the quality of the ingredients. Some places try to load your crab cake up with filler, but at Collins they use lump aka backfin. No shells in it either. I had a side of mixed veggies and fries. Pretty standard and good. The staff goes out of the way to make the place what it is. The waitress checked on me frequently seems like when ever I needed a refill on my drink she was already there waiting. Brought me my check quickly but didn’t rush me and told me to take my time and leave when I was ready. As I was walking out it seemed like everyone thanked me for coming in and said come back soon. Gives you a real personal feel like they care about your business and value you as a customer. I will be back.

I came here with my honey for an impromptu date night. We were greeted by a nice gentleman at the door who promptly seated us in the empty restaurant, only two patrons at the bar. It’s 9pm on a Tuesday night. I decided on a rib eye cooked medium with the loaded potato and asparagus. My honey ordered the buffalo wings fried crispy. The food didn’t take long, I sipped on what tasted like grandmas sweet tea and he had a top shelf Long Island. Rolls were brought to the table basted in butter. They looked yummy but we’re lacking quality and were barely warm. Shortly after our food arrived. Everything on my order was cooked to perfection but covered in butter. His wings tasted baked but we’re tossed in a good sauce. The Long Island was lacking a punch as he said. He ordered two back to back. All in all the experience was good. My order was accurate. The staff was friendly. I will be back.

Quick update: I finally sat in the dining room to have a meal and didn’t order pasta. The seafood platter where everything was fries including the scallops was a disappointment and the crab dip while tasty had the consistency of soup. Next time I will try a mixed drink because the«sangria» which tasted nothing like wine(I know my wine!) Came in what I will call a wine starter glass hardly a full pour. Not to mention over priced. And ghe audacity of this place having an $ 80 bottle of wine listed while tou serve your condiments in plastic ramikans is a joke. I had to take away a star for the service. This dining room isnt large at all so I was confused when after asking for refills it took our waitress 15 minutes to reappear empty handed then as I gasped for water again she seemed surprised like it was my first request. There was much follow and now that I have been on a where’s waldo search for her to get my check Original review: this place is in such a random place on liberty road I would have never seen it if I wasn’t going to the dollar store. But i hope it stays and I hope it doesn’t get run into the ground the décor didnt blow my socks off the good food made up for itm the seafood alfredo os excellent and the blackened tilapia was perfectly cooked. This place was such a surprise
