The biggest complaint I have living here is there’s no gas hook-​up. Everything is electric, including your energy-​hungry water heater. My Edison bill ran from 35 bucks a month at my old apartment to over $ 150 a month living here! And if you use the all-​electric heater in the winter time you’d jack up your bill easily over 200 bucks! Also no satellite dish & no dogs whatsoever. Cats are ok though.
Other than that the apartment is well-​kept. It doesn’t look like an apartment at all, the place looks like a quaint gated townhouse actually. Maintenance issues are addressed promptly. The place is pretty quiet overall.
