Only reviewing the nice views and the building. New equipment and building so everything is nice and works well. Very clean. Low volume of people coming in. No idea about how helpful the employees are.

Not one person would help me and they even suggested I go to a different Chase Bank nearby. The only good thing about the place is that it’s up on a hill in a great location and the inside is beautiful. Service is horrific, Palos Verdes should use this space for something other than a Bank

I don’t bank with Chase anymore. I find that the bankers are sales people. So was the manager and the assistant managers. they want to upsell you and do whatever it takes including lie. customers beware

I like this newly-built Chase for several reasons: 1. It’s not busy and I hope it stays that way 2. The million dollar ocean views are stupendous –apparently it’s one of the most expensive Chase branches built, or bank branches built – ever. 3. It’s conveniently on the way to my parents house. 4. The bankers are quick and don’t try to hard sell you on products and services I had mixed feelings about this Chase. Palos Verdes has really developed the last 10 years as more corporate chains are slowing moving in. Not that I am complaining about the Trader Joe’s that is down the street, but it wasn’t like before. The vacant lot that Chase now sits used to be the spot where my parents bought their Christmas tree every year, and every holiday season I pass by that place – I remember those good times. It’s bittersweet that everything eventually changes or becomes obsolete – I guess that’s reality.
