Desert Runner Mail Box Plus

I gave a poor review and I take it back, just found out that it wasn’t that they didn’t answer the phone for two days… THEIR PHONE WAS VERIZON… AND IT WAS OUT
VERIZON CAN’T FIX IT FOR DAYS

I WOULD NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION !
I dropped a package off 10.19.15 that was prepaid by my phone companies insurance company claims dept.
The Device was never scanned in, there is no record of the item being presented anywhere.
Upon looking at this with the representative at this location today, he told me «sometimes the mailmen don’t always scan all of the packages» and «we don’t keep track of PREPAID labels. «
Desert Runner MailBox Plus… or KWIK Mailbox Plus as your receipt says, YOU are a REPRESENTATIVE OF THE US POSTAL SERVICE if you are processing their items, and should be held up maintaining record of ALL packages YOU accept to go through the mail system!
Upon asking to speak with the owner, i was called back and told much the same thing, and that the only way to avoid this and have record is to PAY FOR THEIR SERVICE! and then HUNG UP ON! For real??? I didnt create the mailing label or choose their service.
Having heard the next customer start her conversation with the representative with «you aren’t going to like what Im going to have to ask you to do» … leaves me thinking this location REALLY is NOT to be trusted and I sure WONT EVER!
LACK of professionalism is UNREAL and this is not the end of this for me!

This place is wonderful. I needed some papers notarized, they were friendly, efficient and knew what they were doing. I have sent packages with them as well. they are very professional and do Quality work.

Every time I use this store, they are friendly, and very helpful. Also, Each and Every time I use this store, I walk out with something I had No intention of buying.
They have a great last minute shopping center inside there store.
I WOULD NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE
