the truck reeked of cigarettes so bad that the entire drive home i had to have the window down and now 2 days later i’m sick after having a sore throat yesterday. After consuming of a tank of gas i was later charged $ 30 for gas and a $ 25 fuel fill surcharge, mind you that’s a Uhaul policy, not this facility, but releasing a truck that smells like an ashtray is unacceptable.

I had a reservation for 10:45AM for a auto trailer. This location did not have a trailer for me. They said the previous renter decided to keep it longer. Anthony told me to go to another U-Haul location to rent. I did not want to drive quite a distance to get it. I told him U-Haul should charge a late penalty and people will get the equipment back on time. Of my last 3 U-Haul experiences in my area, 2 have been bad.

Petra and her team are great to work with! very helpful, didn’t mind when I changed my mind about a truck on reserve, answered questions about boxes, packaging, etc and always offered me the most economical solution to my moving needs. the truck was clean, ready to go, and gave me absolutely no problems during my cross-country move. Use this store if you have any moving needs!

My family and I have used these people multiple time because of the location, unfortunately the older couple that run the place have no real concept of customer service, there always very rude! If you pull up in front of the place, they don’t say«hi hello, could I please get you to park on the other side so your not blocking the trucks» they just come out with attitude all pissed demanding you to move. And might I add no signs stating no parking. Oh and if you don’t get the insurance on the u-haul even more attitude from the lady as if your going to drive it off a bridge. All in all very poor customer service, very poor attitudes here…
