Steve Steve Steve! this man is amazing! I went in there to get my engagement ring resized and I waited 30 min and had a great conversation with him while I watched him work! My fiancé had purchased my engagement ring at KayJewelers but they wanted to keep my ring for 2 weeks so I came across Steve when I was trying to find a place that did it same day and it was fantastic service for a very good price! He also showed me wedding bands for myself and for my fiancé, and explained all the options! it was great! he was just super helpful and just a great guy! I 100% recommend him for any jewelry related needs!

I needed some work done on my wife’s wedding ring, so I called here because of their Unilocal rating. I let them know what I needed and they told me to come on over and they would do the work while I waited. I arrived around 4:20 p.m. on a Sunday, they were scheduled to close at 4:30 p.m. I found out that the guy I was talking to on the phone was Steve, he’s the owner. Steve made my wife’s ring look like new. He even stayed open past the store’s scheduled closing to help me out. The work he did was exceptional and the price I paid was more then fair. I’ve payed way more at other jewelers for way less quality work. Steve went above and beyond to help me out. Excellent craftsmanship, great prices, outstanding customer service. What more could you ask for? Bring all of your jewelry needs to Steve. You’ll be happy you did. Thanks again Steve.

Repaired and cleaned ring. Looks great and was very friendly. Price wasn’t bad too. Did it all in less than 30 minutes. Would come back.

I brought my ring in last Saturday to get sized and also wanted to make the band thicker. He had it done in a couple of hours and was super helpful and straightforward with what could be done with my ring. His price to redo the shank was about 250.00 which is pretty good and the fact I got it back same day was awesome.

I walked in, asked for a wrist watch battery replacement… Less than 5 minutes and only $ 8!
The gentleman working there is friendly and very professional.

I highly recommend this place, Steve did an amazing job on resizing my rings. I couldn’t be happier on how my rings turned out. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised that he was able to finish them same day. I loved that I was able to walk in with rings that didn’t fit me then walk out with the rings on my finger.

He does the work right away .and gets you in and out quick.

On the recommendations of Unilocal I went to get a battery changed in my watch. Although satisfied with the battery change I found out later he shortchanged me but the small change was not worth my making a trip back. .He also gave me the dirtiest dollar bill I have ever received in change from anyone. The nasty attitude and
small mindedness of this merchant is inexcusable. Not going back.

My husband and I have been looking for a jeweler to do our jewelry, ring resizing and repairs. I found Steve on Unilocal and he had nothing but great reviews so I decided to take my wedding band and engagement ring to him for a sizing and rhodium dip. I must say we were thoroughly impressed he quoted us with one of the cheapest quotes we have received after looking for 2 days. I brought my ring in and my son and I sat in his store for about 45 min and BAM! My rings were done. Amazing service and speed. Plus he let us use his Wifi. We will be returning and making this our personal jeweler. Thanks!

Went in to get my ring sized and had an amazing experience. They are honest and produce great work. My ring is a mix of silver and platinum. He informed me that platinum would have to be used when soldering it together. It’s more expensive than just silver, but it’s also the proper way to do it. When he gave me my ring back it was perfect. No scratches or nicks and it was perfectly smooth. He even cleaned it and made it look brand new. To top it all off he gave me a discount for being so patient (a few people came in after me and I let them go first). He didn’t have to, but I did appreciate it. I will be going back the customer service was great.

Rarely ’ do pre-​planned idea’s turn out the way you envisioned. I searched Unilocal’ for a jewerly repair shop and the ratings went from «1 star to 5 stars. quickly lower scores left my list. Then, I came across TQ Jewelers
My wife and I ’ where in the area and stopped by to check out the place. Once, Inside the shop we were greeted by
Steve. I told him, we wanted to get 2 rings sized. He broke down the different options Showing him both rings he told us what he could do for us.
After a quick jewerly receipt ‘he told us to give him 2 hrs.
We continued our errands and within the 2 hrs ‘steve gave us a call that the items where ready… returned to the shop and steve was finishing polishing the rings .
Showing us the rings, we started general conversation’ steve’s quick comments and attitude was like a reality tv show. He stated things I had previously told my wife ’ she could only laugh.
I might be off in a different direction but ’ steve’s work is great and his demeanor is even better .
I told ’ steve ‘, I would talk about his customer service. So, Steve there you go !

After reading Steve’s fantastic reviews on Unilocal,I decided to come here to have 2 antique wedding rings resized. I am so happy that I did. Steve is a skilled and honest craftsman.
It is a simple shop, which means that he can offer great prices. He resized both my rings, and rhodium plated and polished them right then and there for under $ 200. He offered me a nice cup of keurig coffee while I waited, and said that I could watch as he worked.
He also has a great selection of new engagement rings and fine jewelry for sale at prices much more competitive than the big box retailers.
If you enjoy supporting small businesses with friendly service at great prices, than Steve is your guy.

Steve was amazing! He was so knowledgable and took good care of my engagement ring. I called other places and they charged over $ 120 to resize my ring. I came here and he did it for just $ 60! Came into TQ to get my engagement ring and wedding band sized. Steve sized and polished my rings perfectly while I waited. Super nice guy and great customer service. I love supporting small businesses especially when they take such great care of their customers.

I’ve been looking to get my wedding ring fixed, the setting broke and my diamond fell out. Found TQ on Unilocal,read all the reviews and decided to check it out. SO glad I did! Steve was awesome! He broke everything down for me in regards to what needed to be done and how much each step/​item would cost. He’s very knowledgeable and friendly. I also ended up getting my mom’s diamond put into a setting to wear on my necklace. Everything came out perfect. He did all the work while I waited, didn’t take too long. I believe he’s the only one there at all times so if you go in, BE PATIENT, it’s a one man show and quality work takes time. It’s well worth the wait.

What a great experience! I will always recommend Steve to anyone who is looking for quality jewelry and jewelry repair. We had two rings adjusted, modified, customized, and beautified! Steve did an awesome job for us, clearly he knew what he was doing and walked us through each step of the process. He kept us informed of what he was doing, prior to doing the work.
Steve took the time to listen to our concerns and proposed multiple solutions that would be possible and then he let us make the decision of which way we wanted to go with the jewelry. Steve knows how to provide customer service.
