Liz is the BEST! I was going to do the flowers for my own wedding and I went in her shop just to see what I was missing by having a vendor do the work. I am so grateful I did! I told Liz what my price range was and she worked with me to make our wedding day beautiful. I asked her to help customize my husbands boutonnière and she did great! He really liked the surprise fishing lure added to his rose. Liz made me feel comfortable because she was great with correspondence. Her flowers are BEAUTIFUL and some of the arrangements have lasted 2 weeks! My bridal bouquet smelt AMAZING!

I was in the area for a h.s. graduation and found this place by chance. I was looking for a bright, fun bouquet for around $ 25. I don’t know much about flowers except that I always love a fresh bouquet on my table. I saw some beautiful coral roses and Christina built a beautiful bouquet around them, while also showing and asking preferences about specific flowers. I was so impressed with the amazing and quick service! Seriously, I was in and out in less than 10min (it usually takes me longer than that to choose my own pre-​made bouquet! haha).
I will definitely be back whether or not I’m in the area!

My favorite florist! Liz has made the most beautiful arrangements for years. She is my go to girl when I need a birthday bouquet, thank you flowers, an elegant centerpiece, and flowers for prom! Her personalized service keeps me coming back. The people I give them to always compliment how long their flowers last and how beautiful they are! I would highly recommend Tommy Austins!!!

This is a family-​owned business. Honest, hard-​working people who care about their name and the reputation that they’ve built. The owner, Liz, is very creative and she and her staff do what they say they’ll do. Their flowers are always fresh and their flower arrangements are AMAZING. I have always been pleased and impressed with my flower orders. I highly recommend Tommy Austin Florist and if I could give them 6 stars, I would be happy to.

Love, love, love this place! Have come here for all my dances for my corsage, the women are all very accommodating and I’m always able to customize my piece exactly how I want it! The flowers are all beautiful and last all night long! Great price for the quality!

Liz has been an absolute pleasure to work with! What’s even better, is we haven’t even had our wedding yet! From day 1 when we walked into Tommy Austin’s Flowers Liz was attentive and even had suggestions on what we could to stay not only within our budget but also save a bit of money here and there.
Anyone can just make a sale but there is a certain personability when talking with Liz. We could tell she truly loves her craft and stands behind the quality of her work. We can’t wait to see the final product, we know it’s going to be great!

Went in for an appointment today to discuss wedding bouquets and had a horrible experience. We felt as if we were a burden and a hassle the woman was very short with us and rude. We are pretty sure she had forgot about the appointment we had scheduled with her considering when we showed up at 9 she wasn’t even in. Definitely won’t be back.

If you are going to benefit from being listed on a service like Unilocal,you should take the time to maintain your company information. I rush over here on a Sunday, drive by the window see a lighted open sign, and park. Only after I get to the door can I see that they closed hours ago. There was even product outside, very frustrating.

Today I met Liz and she went above and beyond my expectations for what I was needing. I came in and was looking for blue flowers, and because there weren’t any she offered to take some white carnations and dye them blue on the spot. She made two mini bouquets for my special friends dance recital with both their favorite colors incorporated! She offered to help in the future with and projects I might do when I become a teacher. Any business I do in the future will be with this beautiful business! thanks for taking care of us, Liz! The girls loved their flowers :)

I cannot express how happy I am with this company and these people. I called them and told them it was my mother in law’s 87th Birthday, and her favorite cookie is yellow. They blew me away. More importantly, they blew her away. I have not met a woman who does not love receiving flowers. Does not matter if they are 27 or 87. She keeps walking over to the bouquet and staring, with an impish smile on her face. Come to this place. They will not disappoint you. Check out the photo I posted. Number 125

I came here because I was referred by a friend and to be completely honest I’m so glad I did! I had an event at a winery and needed some center pieces. The staff was so friendly and fast, if that wasn’t enough they totally exceeded what I was looking for with the arrangements!!!

What a sweet company. I gave it a four star previously because I was satisfied with their product with minor complaints that was due to my misunderstanding of their website. but the owner called yesterday to make things even right-​er. Yes I made up my own word.
She asked me in detail about my minor complaints but took it to heart. She also gave me an offer to make things right but I couldn’t take that offer because it was wayyyyyyy toooooo generous on her part. How sweet is this place. Also found out this is mom&pop shop which is a huge plus because I realized that corporate brands do not really take personal care and thought as local shops do.
I will definitely order from this florist again and if next arrangement works out well, tommy Austin will be the florist for my California family and for my future wedding.
