If you are truly serious about a competent trainer, then look no further. Be forewarned Jill WILL push you past what you thought your limits were! That’s the beauty of what she does. She’s got a great smile and infectious giggle while she kicks your behind so just be prepared to hate her and love what she does at the same time. She also does PT work for the disabled and elderly. Also, the Vi products are superior to the other stuff on the market. It’s January, people, make 2013 your year to get healthy! :)
