We came here after going to a different Starbucks near our house this morning very excited to try the new vanilla sweet cream cold brew. The drinks we received from the other Starbucks were bitter and gross. We stopped here to see about having the drinks remade and this Starbucks was SONICE about remaking our drinks. The drinks were DELICIOUS. Thank you so much to the super sweet barista!

I ordered a Carmel Macchiato xtra Carmel easy ice. The lady barista asked if I wanted extra milk, however, half the drink was ice! They do not make it the way you want, but what suits them. Plus did not get xtra caramel!!! I won’t be back there ever again!

Hope your not in a hurry. Waited 5 minutes to order in front of the speaker and then another 10 min to get my order. The car behind me was had kids and they were crying and screaming by the time I left. Terrible.

Drive thru and café are always poppin’ but it’s easy to see why. It’s located next to a lot of great places like a Target and chipotle. The staff is so friendly and got me thru the drive super fast. Love it!

Every time I come to this location they don’t fill my cup to the top. There is about 2oz missing every single time. I don’t know if the workers are lazy or they just don’t measure out the drinks right. It is so irritating because I pay $ 5 for a drink I want my $ 5 worth! Get it together Starbucks! I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for years. I love and adore each and every«original» employee that has known me and my drink as I am a daily customer. Some times I visit a couple times a day. I’m rating this store a 1 star by the fact that this store has either gotten very popular and because of the turn around rate of the baristas. From what I used to wait 5 minutes in the drive thru has quickly become a 15 – 20 minute line in the mornings. At first a couple months ago with the crowd being so was long I would have to plan my mornings around to avoid the long ass lines. Now I find the wait just as long throughout all hours of the day. It’s extremely frustrating that the line is constantly wrapped around past the entrance to the the whole parking lot. Some days I drive past the line if it’s to long and make my way to another Starbucks further then this one and I would still get back home/work quicker then if I waited in this drive thru line. Maybe if the store scheduled better and quicker baristas in the morning it would make a world of a difference.

This store is hampered by its location. During the day, the parking lot is unusually full. I saw one customer blocked in because of the long drive through line. During lunch many who work close by walk over for lunch or take a break. If parking wasn’t as challenging, I would stop by more often.

This is the only place that my card«doesn’t work.» For some reason their POS system can’t read my card which truely makes it a POS system that they have at this Starbucks.

This location is small and busy. I came here the other day for coffee around 6:45 a.m. and I was about 1 car shy of the menu where you place your order and I didn’t get out of there until 7:00. I think I should’ve gone inside the store but once you’re in you’re locked in that drive-thru. When I got to the window the gentleman handed me my drink and sent me on my way. My guilty conscience stopped and said, «I didn’t pay for my drink.» He replied, «It’s on us. Thank you for waiting in that long line.» MADEMYDAY! I ordered a venti cold brew with milk and 2 pumps of hazelnut and 2 pumps of white mocha and got it for free. It’s nice that they recognize that even in the drive-thru we have long lines. I had the same situation at another Starbucks in Anaheim and it was WAY longer than this line and the girl didn’t apologize for the wait or offer a free drink. Kudos to this Starbucks for recognizing the delay and stepping up!

I’ve had pretty good service here; every time I’ve came to this Starbucks. Only thing that I didn’t like was this morning(5am); I came before work and the employees are inside yet their not open. The employee inside said 5:30, but the app and even here on Unilocal it says they open at 5. I don’t know if they think no ones going to show up at that time, but don’t bs just cause you don’t feel like working right on time.

I’ve been to this Starbucks a few times mostly because it’s extremely close to my house, however they will never get my business again. Whoever was working the drive thru yesterday was beyond horrible! It was at 0800 and I went to order and here is how the conversation went: Starbucks: «What can I get started for you» Me: «Good Morning, may I please have a venti toasted graham latte» Starbucks: «No, we don’t have that» Silence took place for a good minute because I was shocked how I was just spoken to. Needless to say I ordered something else and he was just as rude when he took my payment as he was when I was ordering. If you no longer have an item then it needs to be removed from the menu, it still says NEW right next to it on the menu, and it doesn’t state that was just a temporary item. Horrible times a million and to the man or better yet boy who was working on 11÷3÷15 at 0800 on the drive thru please remember what goes around comes around… that attitude is the reason you’re working a drive thru.

I was starting to think maybe this place turned around. That’s a no. Get a personality and stop being so damn rude!!! The lady working the window told my brother next time he wanted a pup-a-chino, which is a tiny cup of whip cream that he needs to pay for it. Whip cream isn’t free. The way she acted about it was terrible. I am completely done with all starbucks in general. They higher a bunch of rude kids with NO manners. He asked for it while he was ordering it and not last minute.

So I go in at 10:30 expecting a «sorry we’re closed» but instead I was warmly greeted by Celeste and David who made me an amazing iced machiato drink and even gave me it ONTHEHOUSE! They’re friendly here and consistently make my drink the way I like it. There’s a drive thru which is a super bonus. They go thru the line quickly and there’s an order screen where you can see your Barista which is cool I guess. It’s creepy if you’re not expecting it lol the seating inside is limited but there are a lot of outlets. Similar sized outdoor seating and it’s right next to a chipotle! No down side that I can see

The staff is always nice. I haven’t had them mess up any orders. I normally order anywhere from 2 – 6 drinks, whether it’s the drive thru or inside. Which is pretty impressive! A lot of my favorite people have moved in from this location but I still go here. Love it! I haven’t had a bad thing to say about this place. Sometimes if you get there at a certain time it’ll be super busy and take a while. None-the-less it is Starbucks! Gotta love it.
