Worst bar I’ve ever been too. Wouldn’t even let me walk in the bar, just on the way I looked. Because I was wearing a cowboy hat and jeans.

Lol, no. We came here for the superbowl last year and it was pretty empty, so we got our food and drinks no problem. Now we are here, right now, and have been here since 3:30, it’s not even half full, and we have been told we can’t order at the bar or pick up drinks at the bar. Then the blond bartender said she’d put our food order in and send someone to our table. That was 45 mins ago(it’s 4:14 pm.) Apparently we aren’t the only unhappy patrons, as an Asian waitress lady is fake crying because three of us have cornered her to ask where the fuck our food and drinks are. But worry not, the cooks in the kitchen have been coming out to watch the game. I have YET to see anyone come out carrying plates of food. It’s insane. I’ll keep updating as this lovely game ensues. UPDATE: 30 mins after my first update, the Asian waitress came over to ask us what we had ordered, again. About 10 mins after, she brought our drinks. Alright, now we are kind of getting somewhere. Ten minutes after that came our food. While this happened, a young guy named Jeff started helping around. According to him, he doesn’t even work here(he later explained that this place is owned by the same people who own The Magic Lamp and he said 4 waiters quit in the past two hours, leaving just the Asian lady and himself to deal with the mess). He said he came from the Lamp just to chill and watch the game, and he saw the mess the my were in and just started working. So as of now, drinks keep coming, and he’s doing an excellent job at keeping everyone appeased. If the quitting thing is true, I don’t know why the owners aren’t here amending things, instead of having the only two waiters working and freaking out. I’m still unhappy about having stood by the hostess table for ten minutes, while some waitress girl walked by me and gave me the stink eye before being asked if it was self seating. Service can’t improve if the owners don’t help the situation improve.

We came here in early November to check out the new DJ on Friday and Saturday nights and had a ball! Bartenders were awesome, servers were awesome and the music was great. The crowd all seemed to be enjoying themselves. I would definitely recommend coming for a fun place to hang out.

I can’t wait until this place closes so a real bar with real customer service can come take over. The staff is rude. I spent 80.00 in the 1 hour I was there tipping well i might add, but that doesn’t seem to matter. I was responsible for getting a bar tender because nobody comes over to see if you want anything. AND I was told we had 10minutes until closing but was rudely kicked out by the security guard putting chairs on the counter where I was leaning about a minute and a half later. Can we say ugly acting. I’ll gladly take my hard earned dollars somewhere else. I should have known better when I saw the parking lot empty and only 6 customers. Looks like you could use another tip.

We went here a few weeks ago, sat on the patio and had a great time, watching the game and enjoying the food and a bucket of beer. We have been wanting to go back and got the opportunity to do so today. When we got there, the patio was open, and mostly empty, but with the game playing outside as last time on the portable big screen. BUT, when we asked for menus, we were told that we wouldn’t be served, when we asked for a bucket of beers we were flatly told no. When we pointed out that the inside, where the monitors were playing the game were full and there was nowhere to sit and watch, the bartender/manager was disinterested in accomodating us. We couldn’t understand her disinterested demeanor in accomodating us! The patio was obviously open, but she didn’t seem to care at all and readily dismissed us. I have to say that the inconsitancies in service and the lack of interest in accomodating us in the slightest is baffling. I have worked in the service industry and I can tell if the staff is overwhelmed but the inside had far fewer people than last time we visited– the crowd seemed mollified and the staff seemed bored. We had hoped to make this our Sunday afternoon hang out, but what a turn off! We will find somewhere else that doesn’t treat people with disdain. Sorry to have bothered y’all.

This spot has potential, but I think the overworked, pissed off, unfriendly servers drive me away from this place — can’t stand rude people. Overpriced drinks are served in a small plastic cup in case you experience the bad service and feel like throwing your cup. Stick with beer, the other drinks are nasty. The lounge itself is well maintained, clean and nice. There are TV’s everywhere and seating includes couches and tables. Food was mediocre, the best plate were the nachos.

This place is what ive been looking for in Rancho. The drinks were good and not watered down, the service was acceptable, and the atmosphere was great.

first i want to start with the manger. ive been working in the culinary field for about 7 years now and i never seen a place run like this. my family was throwing a fund raiser show there for a family member that is very ill. the manager rushed us to start the show 15 minutes before the start time as if we were inconveniencing her. our comedy show brought in a good amount of people. the place was dead without us. we brought the crowd. And to top it off, the manager was rushing us to stop the show before end time and also experessed her anger about drinks not being purchased. horrible hospitality. lack of empathy.

This place is alright we showed up on a Saturday like at 11 and we thought it was gonna be a good crowd but it was dead, the bartenders were really nice tho but the drinks are overpriced but maybe it’s like that because not a lot of people go so they have to hike up the drink prices, I would go again but only if they had a special or an event.

We were first serviced by a waitress who was really nice and friendly, however she took over a larger party and passed us off to a blonde waitress named Stevee/Stevie(according to the receipt that’s her name), and this is where our problems began. Every time Stevee came to us she rolled her eyes. Not even discreetly, I mean she would half-heartedly ask«do you guys need anything?» and before we could answer she was rolling her eyes and walking away. If you look at my check in, I mentioned her having an attitude. If you see my tip left later in the night, then you’ll know things definitely got ugly. Two tabs with cards, one with cash. She actually had the audacity to ask my friend who paid cash if she wanted change back– I’m sorry do you think ignoring us all night and rolling your eyes is worth a $ 12 tip? She walks literally about 15 steps away, comes back, and looks at one of our friends and goes«Your card was declined. How do you want to pay?» She sits it on the table, «I’ll leave this with you» and our friend is very confused– he knows he has money. He opens the booklet and realizes–«This isn’t my card. This isn’t the card I gave her.» The manager comes over and tries to tell us that our friend is the one responsible for the lost card– excuse me? How did he lose his own card and take someone else’s card? Alarmed that perhaps his card was missing he opens up his mobile banking account and sees a charge from Sixty6 for a different amount– obviously she was given the card and it was here– otherwise how would a charge appear on his account? We asked the manager to have the DJ call out the name on the card hoping the patron whose card was switched would come forth to no avail. Stevee comes over, dramatically flails her arms in the air and goes«Well you’re going to have to pay your bill.» Our friend inquires«How? You lost my card. I tried to pay my bill, and you lost it.» Obviously if we were going to try and walk out on a bill 1) The other people wouldn’t pay and wait around for all this and 2) We wouldn’t go through the trouble of a fake card. Stevee then goes«I saw cash in your wallet, pay cash.» Excuse me? Our friend said that he was there a couple weeks back for the Rousey fight and there was a problem with them losing/switching another patrons card that evening– hmmm awfully suspicious. We asked the manager to go through their receipts to find one with the amount matching the charge on his mobile banking. She claims(out of her maybe 15 receipts for the whole day– even she joked that they’re not busy) there’s only 3 receipts with the same amount and none match the name on his ID. Um– how can we trust you that those are all the receipts or that Stevee didn’t take it? So it gets worse, at this point the security guards and rent a cop(this«undercover» hispanic man in a plaid shirt and baseball hat who kept walking back in forth between both exits to make sure we didn’t try to ditch on the tab– yeah buddy, not discreet– we all saw you) ask to speak to our friend outside… with the cops. After a discussion our friend comes in and asks one of us to spot him because they were threatening to have him arrested over a $ 42 tab. The cop looks at his mobile banking account and ID and sees it’s his, and notices his checking account and even the cop goes«Yeah, you obviously don’t have a problem paying for this. But, unfortunately, someone has to and we don’t know what happened to the card.» My friend goes to pay for the bill and one of our other friends stood behind Stevee the entire time to watch her. My friend coughed(which-yes, was obnoxious and she shouldn’t have done it) and Stevee then PUSHES my friend and yells«(FEMALEDOG)(P)UCKYOU!» Wow– very professional to do in front of EVERYONE. So I walk out and politely ask the security guard to have her attitude addressed, so he goes in and to tell her to keep it down and she starts SCREAMING– even the cops started laughing– how ridiculous! Needless to say, we will NEVER be returning here again– if Stevee’s horrible attitude all night wasn’t bad enough, losing someones card and not professionally addressing this ordeal was the cherry on top. Considering there were only maybe 20 people here on a Friday night and they can’t even hire respectful wait staff, they should just consider closing their doors. The DJ was good, though– he should work somewhere less trashy.

Horrible service. Day of the fight they had not nearly enough servers. They broke fire code by having way too many people jammes inside. They have horrible security that allow fights to occur and outside seating is a joke. NOTONLYALLOFTHISBUTTHEYCHARGEDANEXTRA100DOLLARS. They say that it was written as a tip when a CASHTIP was left anyway. They will not reimburse without a printed statement even seeing I logged into my secure bank account. Nowhere near helpful and rude.

They have my favorite beer on tap, Pomona Queen. The chicken house Nachos are awesome. Here for the UFC fight, Rhonda Rousey. Joey the bartender is friendly and very welcoming being that it’s our first time here. I definitely will be coming back!

I came here for the rousey fight. The managers have severely understaffed the place to the point where the waitresses and I are apologizing to each other every time I place an order because of how busy they are. It’s not their fault, the management is either incompetent or greedy. Either way, the food is still horrible and I hope the friendly wait staff will find proper positions at another, more capable, establishment. Do not come here for any kind of sporting event, they will charge a cover and leave you waiting upwards of ten minutes to get in your drink order.

TERRIBLESERVICE ! she wouldn’t serve me at 6:59 at the happy hour prices bc she’s says I’m past the time. I’m sorry but if you have less than 10 customers in the bar and I walk in you Better be grateful for my money: I won’t spend one dime or ONEPENNY on that UGLY bar tender. teach that bar tender a thing or two about customer service. such a dive bar I’ll never be back

Searched for an above average bar and it exceeded my expectations. Ordered thai wings, margherita flatbread, nachos and jalapeño bites all which was good. They have plenty of seating to lounge on the couches or at the tables. Also they have a good DJ on Fridays who plays a mix of top 40s and a lot of hip hop. Fair drink prices and food prices. Had a great time.

I am giving this place 2 stars because the prices were good and the wine was good. The lack of customer service by Melinda… was unforgivable. She came over to our section about 6 times and didn’t ask us not once if we wanted anything… not water not wine… I may be wrong but dont hostesses/waitresses/servers make the bulk of their money by being nice and havin great customer service? Well guess this tip will be lower than the number of stars I gave this place. I want to come back but dont know that I will. I hate bad customer service… so sad… because it’s such a nice place. Fire Melinda and I’ll come back… shes super lazy.

The drinks r awful. My lemon drop taste like cough syrup! No on is here during the playoffs so I’m concerned. The waitress doesn’t seem happy! This is a nice looking place but no business here. It’s only 11 ppl here during the big Game! I think it’s because the drinks r terrible. The wings r good but the drinks r not… and mind u its a bar. The waitress did check on us often but man I can not come back!
