Decided to give this place a try since they offered a 40% off coupon when you prepay. Dropped off a couple of suits and a few minor alterations. Total came to over $ 60 after the 40% off… which is just crazy! I get the same services done at another local place for about $ 40 without any coupons! At that point, I should have just taken my clothes to my usual place. However, I was short on time so decided to just suck it up and give them a chance.
When I retunred to pick up, I was told they under charged me and it would be an additional $ 6.00. I realized this is not a lot of money BUT that’s not the point. I had already prepaid my bill and felt it was way overpriced to begin with. What’s the point of prepaying and thinking you’re all paid up to then just have them change the price after it’s too late to go else where. I pleaded my case with the lady who checked me out but she just kept very annoyingly repeating that I owed the money. I finally just gave it to her but I will never come back here and I certainly don’t recommend them to anyone. They way overcharge and the customer service needs some work! There’s so many other places in Rancho, save yourself the hassle and go somewhere that will appreciate your business.

This is the worse cleaners I have ever taken my clothes to. They over ironed one of the shirts then tried to repress it to correct the steam marks only to make it worse! When I asked them to either redo it from scratch or give me my money back they said no and that they wouldn’t reimburse me because they did clean the shirt. They don’t care how bad their job is and don’t care about their customers. She shrugged when I told her I would post on Unilocal and report her. I would never recommend them and they lost a customer. I am reporting them to the BBB as well. If I could give negative stars I would. They don’t deserve to stay in business. Let your clothes beware!

they charge $ 1.79 per dress shirt. the ONLY time they charge 1.25 if you turn in a jacket/​pants for dry cleaning !!! sneaky.

You can beat there prices and there is service is awesome. I trust them with my clothes because some dry cleaners do not dry clean they only wash your clothes. Sam is very honest and friendly. I highly recommend taking our clothes to them. Also if you need alterations there is no one better at a more affordable price to make those changes to our dress or pants. I had a very expensive bedspread that my puppy got dirt. I took it in and the very nice gentleman told me they would do there best. But he wasn’t sure the stain would come out. I picked up the bedspread and took it home. It was just like new. The stains were all gone and it looked perfect. Thank you

I went for the first time to get my uniform sewed and dry cleaning. I was hoping that they sew by machine for my uniform. But it wasn’t! I saw the owners’ wife (I think) do by hand since I was waiting so long for it, and its upset me because I paid more than the regular. (Btw that was in August). Why would I go there if I got fixed by hand? I could do by myself mam! Then, my uniform has same smell, I wondered that they did not do laundry on it.
I came back to get sew my jackets. I had holes on my 2 jackets; the transaction was between me and THE SAME LADY who was cashier and sewed my uniform last time. She made signs for the sewer to fix my jacket. Then, I came to pick up, but the sewed was not impressed me. It hasn’t finish fixed and I went back to return my jacket which still has hole, and THE OWNER pissed me off. He doesn’t want to take my comment.
One more time, the transaction was between me and the lady, I was asking the owner that let me to talk with the lady, but he doesn’t want to let me to talk with her. He was commenting that my jacket has many holes, so the sewer fixed the other spots instead of the spots that I need to fix. AND I WAS PRETTY SURE THAT IT HAS JUST TWO SPOTS that I need to fixed, SO I NEED THE LADY’S PROOF! So in the end, he wants more money to fix for the small hole for $ 5, I was quiet pissed and went out from that store and promising myself that I WON’T BACK TO THIS STORE ANYMORE since the owner doesn’t have manner. I already spend much money, with HORRIBLE SERVICE. WHAT A SUCKS BUSiNESS.

For such a low price, I wasn’t expecting much. However, I was wrong! I used them awhile back during their grand opening sale but recently found out they still had specials running. My shirts came back pressed and in perfect shape and they did a great job on my suits. I also had some of my uniforms altered which came out perfectly too. It’s not often when you get super high quality service for the lowest price around but it seems I found that combo here.
