This location is NOT closed. Egg rolls are the best! The depth of the broth for the phở can vary from time to time but 80% of the time is delicious. Great Yang Chow fried rice too.

Menu is large and for the typical dishes, they are good. Don’t order home style dishes. I ordered braised cat fish and cat fish sour soup. Both were bad. Fish was not fresh. Tasted like they cook from frozen. Very disappointing. I give four stars compared to other typical dishes.

The phở here is delicious. I always get take out and always the phở is great. The owner is real nice and a funny guy. He remembers his customers and my order whenever I come. The price is right on all items. I can get phở with all the trimmings and 2 bahn mi for around $ 20. The phở itself is more than enough for two people and I got the beef. Tasted great and stayed at temp for a long while. The bahn mi is tasty and delicious. I always get charbroiled pork and the bread is crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. So good. The actual dining area is large and clean and busy a lot of the times I go. The menu is also large so there are a lot of items to try. Come for the phở and bahn mi and keep coming for the service, the personable owner and the quality, fair priced food!

Second time I’ve been here for the vegetarian phở with vegetable base broth(that is hard to find). I did not find their broth flavorless. The phở had an ample amount of vegetables that were not overcooked. We ordered the vegetarian fried rice and I was pleasantly surprised if the good amount of tofu and vegetables within the dish. Flavor was on point. Hubby wanted a tofu banh mi – not on the menu but easily accommodated. He said the flavor was slightly bland but again not on the menu and thankful they accommodated the request. The service has been great. We received adequate and respectful attention. Water glasses(adequate size) were served with a slice of lime and refilled without request. I’ve had positive experiences here… so, I’ll be coming back.

Rice noodles were very over cooked. Not the best phở I’ve had. I prefer Phở Bambu by Ontario mills!!! Soup flavor is perfect and veggies and noodles are fresh!

The best phở I have ever tasted. The owner is really funny and nice! The place from outside looks run down but it’s actually nice and very clean from inside. We have been to over 10 phở places and this is #1. #17 is our favorite and you get the best for your money it’s $ 8 but a really big bowl! Yummy yummy and very flavorful

Their bland phở might have been excusable but their rude attitude and poor service is what left a bad taste in my mouth. Ordered vegetarian phở and egg rolls. The egg rolls were decent but drenched in oil. The broth was bland and the vegetables were stale. I asked the waiter(owner?) where my friend tofu was and he said they didn’t have any already fried. He said it would be a 10 minute wait and made it seem like a hassle. When I said I’d wait he sighed. I told him the broth was flavorless and he said, «So what do you what to do? You already ordered it». The only flavor in the food was from the chili paste I added. Never came by to refill our tiny water cups. I paid for out food and left. $ 20 down the drain for such an awful experience.

Love finding a great place to eat. I was looking for a new phở or soup place. I’ve been to some of the other places in Rancho but owner Tim was pleasant and made some great recommendations.

Great food. Great service. Great people. I have five kids and we roll in deep whenever we go to any restaurant. The owners we great with my children and didn’t blink an eye at our party of 9. They have big tables set up and the food comes out quickly. Perfect for a big family meal!

A-ok … I mean, if I have to have phở it will do. It’s not my favorite spot but it’s a solid phở experience. Service is great and restaurant is cute and clean. A small location not over done … I would return as the menu has much to offer.

Pretty good phở! Came on a Saturday around 1:30pm and there was only one other patron dining. The gentleman at the counter was nice and quick to take our order. We got the rare beef and liked it. I’ve had more tender beef at #1 phở on Rochester, but the broth was really good. The only thing that was a negative was the fact that there was no soap in the bathrooms… I checked the women and men’s. As a food scientist, this kind of scares me. Hopefully it was a one time issue!

Service was a bit slow. They seemed to be short staffed for a Saturday night. The water has a bad taste. Order the Beef balls which were pretty good. The basil looked welter. On the fence about coming back.

The peanut sauce for the spring rolls were very good. My mom got the seafood phở and she enjoyed it, sister got #18 all beef phở and loved it. I had #17 beef with vermicelli noodles and I would totally get it again. Good portions. None of us finished it. Tai tea yummy. The place is clean. It took a while to get our food but worth it.

Horrible food! Maybe I was born in VN and eat Viet food all my life that I’m hard with the review. I order few food and was so disappointing that we barely finish half way. I ordered: Lemon grass chicken — NASTY! Catfish sour soup. — we have no idea why it taste so sweet and there is an ingredient we have no idea what it is but taste like curry. nasty #2 Only decent plate was the caramel fish and the spring roll. I would avoid this place.

This is my go to place for phở in Rancho. Being relatively new to Vietnamese food, the chicken and shrimp phở are my favorites. The owner is always in, and is always super friendly and attentive. I’ve never had a bad customer service experience here, and food always comes out quick! I always recommend this place to coworkers and friends. Can’t wait to try more of the menu!

I remember coming here a few years back and my first experience wasn’t that great. My fiancé and I ordered I believe we’re the shrimp balls and when we bit into it, it was frozen! Yuck. So, I decide to give this place another try because I was near by and I wanted to grab some Asian food to go. This place was empty when I arrived. The person who took my order was nice. I had order the pork chop and a coconut drink. When I began to eat, the pork chop was drenched in oil and the rice tasted like it was from 2 days ago. I couldn’t even finish my plate. To make things worse my coconut drink taste like it was overdue. The juice was so thick and just didn’t taste right. I had to toss the whole thing away and i went home and cook myself something to eat. Definitely won’t be returning. I shouldve just drive a couple blocks down to one of my fav restaurant PHOHA. Best in town.

I usually get phở bo vien and spring rolls whenever I eat at a vietnamese place. It was good but the size is a bit smaller than other place. The broth was tasty and the goi cuon was good. $ 0.35 charge under $ 10 to use card. The staff was nice.

When I’m craving good Asian food and can’t make it out to the San Gabriel Valley, Phở Saigon is my go-to spot. The phở here is good, but it’s their non-phở dishes that I really enjoy, particularly the banh mi(Vietnamese sandwich) and the bun thit nuong(charbroiled pork with vermicelli noodles and veggies). The banh mi at $ 3.50 is a steal; I’d recommend ordering a few of these for takeout and going to the nearby Red Hill Community Park for a nice picnic any day of the week. The staff at Phở Saigon is always friendly, the atmosphere is always casual and relaxed, and the food is always fresh and well-prepared. If this restaurant was in the SGV, it might get lost in the plethora of excellent eateries, but it really stands out in Rancho Cucamonga.
