Love this place. Its small only 3 tables inside yet it has a lot of character. I love ordering the karaage chicken rice ball.
Also they have Ucc brand canned coffee here which i also love.

One of my secret pleasures in life is going to delicious hole-​in-​the-​wall places to eat. This cozy and adorable restaurant run by the little cute Japanese lady is definitely on my top favorite places to stop by when im out in Rancho.
After trying many items from Happy Bento, my top go to bento is the Hamburger steak with fried rice smothered in Japanese curry. I’m also a big fan of the karage salad with the oh so yummy special house dressing (creamy sauce).
There is usually a bit of a wait for the food to come out sometimes when im there but that is totally understandable since the restaurant is only ran by the sweet Japanese lady herself. It helps when I call in the order ahead, especially around lunch time. I don’t mind waiting though, her food is super yummy and it is totally worth it!
