The only reason I’m giving a 4 star rating is because of Dr Nguyen. He was great. He took his time to talk to me and ask me questions about my health issues and even joked with me a little bit. Really nice guy.
If I were rating his office staff, I would give them 1 star. They’re not customer service oriented at all. They’re cold, unfriendly, almost rude. No help at all. No initiative. I don’t know why this seems to be a running theme with the girls at the front desks of doctor’s offices, and they were no exception. From the first time calling in to going into the office, they leave me with the same impression.
Also, expect to wait 2 hours from your appointment time. This is the norm with some doctor’s offices. It shouldn’t be, but it is so take a book or tablet and don’t let the wait time bother you too much.

After hating my double chins for years and not wanting a whole face lift I spoke to the awesome doctors at ENT about the laser lipo procedure the offer. I am just a few days post op and the results so far are exceptional. They were very thorough and knowledgeable about the area. I can’t wait to see the final results when I have no swelling. If you have been considering a procedure I highly recommend Dr. Roy and Dr. Nguyen. They offer so many different processes that are minimally evasive and give great results! I am a a very busy cosmetologist and know a lot of physicians and you know how clients and stylists talk… As a hairstylist people come to me for their hair but also for advice in so many other areas. They want to know the best doctors, dentists, lawyers to go to and crave good feedback. I have a visibly different appearance and my clients and friends are just as amazed with the change in my face as I am. The difference in my appearance is huge and the procedure was just a few days ago. Thank you guys… I will be sending a ton of patients your way!

Still waiting for the doc and already over an hour pay appointment time. Nurse said my blood pressure was high… I believe it
Just flat bad service

Went there the first time today, the wait was a little long but most places are. The Dr I saw was a Dr Nguyen and he was great!

By far worst office I have ever been to of any sort. Waited 3 months to see doctor and when appointment time arrived, I was told by front desk that my insurance was no longer being accepted. I then asked why wasn’t I notified earlier so I can schedule with a different doctor. Front desk replied by saying we called you the night before your appointment smh… Font desk is a joke, order of operation is a joke, customer service is non-​existence, complete waste of time. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. FIND A DIFFERENT OFFICE!

Very hard doctors office to get into I made my appointment in May and just got seen the end of August but I can see why. Dr Nguyen is very knowledgeable and compassionate he walked in and treated me with respect and concern for my health. His front desk staff assistant Norma was very helpful with my insurance she called them as there seem to be a problem with my enrollment and I was showing not enrolled. She told me not to worry to have a seat and she will try her hardest to figure out why I was having that issue. She got in contact with someone at my insurance and they told her that I needed to fill out a form she proceeded to print it for me I signed it and she faxed it for me. I did however have to wait about an hour but she did not hang up the phone until she got confirmation everything was ok with my insurance and I thank her dearly for it because now in days there is few people like her that take the time to help you. I left this office very satisfied and confident that I will soon have a proper diagnosis Iam schedule a bit far out for a balance test because they are booked but I can see why they are the best. I went home and called 2of my friends to refer them to dr Nguyen.

Very kind, caring, and compassionate doctor! He was extremely knowledgeable. You cannot be in better hands.

What a joke. This pathetic excuse for a doctor rescheduled my appointment twice and when I finally do see him it’s for 5 minutes. Terrible doctor

Front desck and supporting staff are rude, disorganized and inconsistent. For the third time they scheduled me and when I arrived told me my appointment was the day before. When showing the apoimtment card they rudely say I’m incorrect. What a joke… save your time and go elsewhere. It’s not like it’s free visit… top insurances are paying you all. Dr is very quick and spends little time with you. Do not ask questions because he will cut you off like you are waisting his time.
