Drum Sync Academy

I’m brand new to drumming, but after speaking with Kyle I knew that I could succeed. Best drum teacher ever. I’m learning so much every single week and can’t wait for the next lesson. The experience and professionalism hand-​in-​hand with the laid back and friendly atmosphere make this the PERFECT and most comfortable place to learn drums. It’s more than just drum practice, it’s drum education.
I can’t imagine going anywhere else. Right now I’m in a group class and it is so AWESOME. I couldn’t imagine what it would be like or how it would work, but it totally does. Everyone gets their time and we progress as a unit. I may look into private lessons (PDI) with drum sync in the near future, but I’m loving it as is right now– on the big stage with the bright lights. We play awesome music every week and truly feel like rockstars.

My name is Elliot S. and i recently had the opportunity to take a tour of drumsyncacademy with kyle and was so impressed with his professionalism and his down home personality. I felt like i had known him for a lifetime. I’ve never played the drums before, but i felt a strong desire to learn so i went out and bought a kit. At 53 years old i wanted to try a new hobby, needless to say i didn’t know what to do from there. After the tour i immediately signed up for lessons. I told kyle i wanted to be treated as though i knew nothing about drums, because i didn’t lol,. After my first lessons i was so jazzed about what i had learned, i actually had the ability to keep beats, read drum notations and even play along with some songs. I would recommend DSA to anyone who has a desire to play the drums. This place makes learning fun. Remember I’m 53, and I’m like fine wine, I’ll only get better with time. Thanks DSA for your patience, professionalism and expertise in helping me fulfill a dream.

Went in and spoke to Kyle. He was really laid back and had a good vibe. I’m not new to drumming but I am a decade out of practice. Right now I’m just looking into teachers. This school has a lot of potential and I would recommend giving them a look. They have a couple practice rooms and even a lager area with a stage, complete with lights. You can get your rock star on! I got a little sample of Kyle’s playing and he had really good technique and amazing sound. I’m not sure if I’m going to take group classes or private lessons but, in the future, I definitely plan on studying there.

My 11 year old son has been at Drum Sync for 8 months. You know he loves it when the topic on the way home in the car is how lucky he feels to be going there. Kyle has just the right combination of skill and personality to keep my son really excited about drumming. I am amazed at what he can do after 8 months. My son’s dad had a traditional drum training and says our son is learning things he didn’t learn for years. My son started in private lessons then switched to a class when Kyle thought he was ready. I highly recommend Drum Sync!
