All bad. Save yourself time and stress, use a different company. Started out promising with the easy to use self show system. Probably use this system so they don’t have to deal with people. Was given the run around from the beginning, took 3 weeks to get a final answer for a rental. Lied repeatedly telling us they wanted to help us, when in the end I highly doubt they did anything to even consider our application. This company has no regrets wasting precious time and clients well being. Called to apply for the home on a Friday, was told the link to apply wasn’t working and to wait until maintenance fixed the issue. Called back on Monday because the link still wasn’t fixed, they then told me they already had an applicant, but did send me a direct link to apply. I wish I would have also been sent a direct link the first time I called, this would have provided an answer sooner. I wouldn’t have applied however they disclosed the other applicants credit score to me, it was very low so I decided to also take a chance. They then requested my pay stubs numerous times I guess they kept losing them. They tried to claim our income didn’t match up because they were unwilling to analyze every aspect of a paycheck and incoming cash. At one point we were told we were not approved due to credit score. There was two of us on the application, yes one was low but mine is over 700, so this excuse is just that, an excuse not be bothered with us. At the end when considered debt to income ratio, they still did not factor in all money on paper. Promised us they would contact the owner to try to get us approved for the house, this was a tactic to waste our time and get an applicant that is strong on paper and would require zero work to get moved in. Over all protect yourself and privacy from these unprofessional people and deal with someone willing to give customer service and put an effort into getting you into a home, or getting your home rented/​sold ASAP.

My husband and I have used Devine to purchase our first house in 2009. In July 2015 we sold our first home and they helped us locate a rental property that fit all our needs!
As a working mother I did not have the time to sit on zillow or
hoping to find a place that fit our list, met our budget, and was available for move in date we needed… (selling home and moving into rental) Devine listened to our needs and simplified the search process helping us land the perfect rental property!
As a person who has worked in the legal industry I had LOTS of questions… expected prompt answers… not an easy client… but always received timely responses. I have and will continue to recommend Devine to all our friends & family looking to buy, sell, or rent… We have done it all and could not be happier.

I recently scheduled a showing on a property managed by Devine Realty.
After receiving many emails to remind me of my appointment via ShowMojo, I arrived 5 minutes early. I sat and waited at the property for 35 minutes, and nobody showed. I tried calling Devine Realty but of course nobody was available to take my call.
Once I was able to contact them via the phone days later, Devine was great. Obviously there is a problem with their sole reliance on ShowMojo. If they dealt with people personally they would have a lot of happy customers.

Such a shame. I’m a property owner that looked to Devine to rent my house.
They Started strong in the beginning. Promises and endless promises as well as High Quality Pictures, Listed on the MLS and impressive communication from Maria.
Fast forward to three months with no renter, thousands of dollars lost and multiple trips from NorCal all for nothing. The price was listed was the one that was initially recommended by Devine. Two price drops and still no movement until i threatened to move over to another Property Manager.
They find a renter at the last minute and hit me with a 2k Bill from only ONE Vendor and are straight OVERPRICED a week later… for example: $ 125 to remove three shelves and patch, $ 400 to paint a small room etc… Prepare to get shafted when it is presented to you as an owner. Do use your own contractor if possible to save yourself some PAIN.
These issues could all have been addressed if someone walked the place after the initial cleaning and pointed out what else needed to be done. Apparently it was never visited until there was a tenant making demands for stuff to be fixed MONTHS LATER.
Learn from My costly mistake and time lost. AVOID.AVOID.AVOID.
**If they delist your property from the MLS, prepare to wait longer for a tenant!**

Had an appointment for a viewing on one of their rental properties. I made it there about 5 minutes early & then waiting another 30 minutes for no one to show up. Very disappointed. We have a 3 month old baby so sitting in the car waiting is not fun. Just really unsatisfied & even though I like the house I’ll keep looking elsewhere with a company that values my time.

After posting my first (1 star) Unilocal review about no one showing up or calling for my showing, someone from Devine called about the review. They apparently got my number by the matching name on my appointment with the name on my review.
He made the excuse that they have two systems and I booked with the «wrong» one. Apparently the system was working well enough to get my phone number. Too bad no one felt obligated to use it until I posted a negative review.
Not only that, but their website still sends you to the same «wrong» booking system. If you want people to believe your excuses for wasting their time, you should at least fix your system first. Apologies don’t mean anything when they are clearly empty.

Very VERY please with Devine Real Estate. My husband and I made the decision to sell our home. Took us 7 months to give Devine Real estate the Green light to list our house. Within a week, our house was on the market. Mike (their photog. which was extremely professional) had taken photos that made us reconsider selling… hahaha jk. But he did an amazing job. On our first open house we got an offer we didn’t turn down. And thanks to Adrian (our realtor) we got the price and conditions we hoped to get.
Homes sold on the third day of being on the market. Now i obviously cant guarantee that they’ll sell your house just a fast but do expect the excellent customer services!!!

Was looking to buy a house, im a first time buyer Devine was recommended through a friend. As scary as buying a house can be Devine Property gave me exceptional service. They took the time to make sure i didnt get into something I couldn’t financially handle. The whole team was super nice and professional.
