Chef Dave’s Cafe and Catering

Had them cater a corporate event for 40 people. The food was fantastic. They arrived on time and had a very professional presentation for the food. The chicken and beef tacos were excellent.
My only complaint is that they brought ice tea for 45 people and only brought one pitcher and not enough cups.
They had a brownie and cookie platter that tasted great.
Will definnetly use them again for an event out in that area.

i have used this place about 6 or 7 times for catering will not call anyone else.
the food is some of the best i have ever had even compared a nice restaurant and that is saying a lot considering it has to be made then drove to the venue.
still all ways hot and fresh. you can tell the time that is spent on each and every dish, for example i had a turkey bacon and avocado sandwich today. im not a big lettuce guy so i open it up to take it off and seen that the tomato’s had been salted and fresh crack pepper put on them. might not sound like much but it goes to show the care they put in to each and every thing they make. the antipasto salad that came with was AMAZING the small sun dried tomato’s in there where small pieces of heaven lol.
long story shot give them a call you will not regret it.
PS i asked them how small of a party i need to have catering he said i only need 10 witch is way less then normal.

I had Chef Dave cater my daughters birthday event. I had requested a specific restaurant style chicken and waffle which is my daughters favorite. He took the dish to a completely different level! We received so many compliments on the food. And, of course the potato and cole slaw that he makes is a must for every event that I have.
Thank you Chef Dave and your entire team for making my daughters 13^th birthday so fabulous!

I work for a company that has used Chef Dave’s in the past for catering lunches, and the food is always fresh and delicious. Their pricing is great but the food is even better.
My favorite dish so far was the lemon and leak salmon with rice and grilled veggie.

I’m a culinary graduate and I actually did my internship there and I’m telling you, DO NOT EAT HERE! It is disgusting and so unsanitary on so many levels. The kitchen is so disgusting and actually has mold growing in the drains. We did a wedding and found a dead baby roach on one of the plates right before service. Among a lot of other disgusting things, definitely NOT worth paying anything for or even considering eating from there!

Chef Dave and Ana did our rehearsal dinner and wedding reception on April 6^th and 7^th. Their prices are great, their food is amazing, and the best part is that we didn’t have to worry about anything: the entire setup, service, and tear-​down for both events happened without any input from us.
We did a buffet for the rehearsal dinner; there was plenty of food, it was delicious, and I especially liked the extra decorations that showed up on the buffet table. It helped to dress up the room, since our focus was on the reception the next day.
We did a plated dinner for the reception, and the food was hot, served quickly, and delicious. We are still hearing compliments about the food that was served, and many of our guests have expressed that it was the best food that they have ever had at a wedding.
Thank you so much for creating lasting memories for us, and for our guests. You guys did an awesome job!

Had lunch here earlier this week… upon entering at 12pm I was a little worried. From the outside, you’d never know it was a restaurant because it sits in the middle of an industrial plaza.
But we tried it after seeing a review of it online. We had the Turkey bacon avocado croissant sandwich and the jerk beef sandwich. The TBLT was pretty damm tasty but the jerk sandwich was absolutely delicious. It was spicy, sweet and so flavorful.
Each sandwich was $ 7 and came with a small side of fruit. Not too bad for a decent lunch! Just don’t get scared away by the actual location.

You’ll be fine if you dont eat here. The only reason I did was cause it was next door to a class I was taking. Another thing… dont even go to Rancho Cucamonga… there aint shit over there but a scorching place of earth that God forgot about, and Im out.
