Mom and I had a pleasant experience with a Calter Termite Solutions. Daniel was very knowledgeable, honest, and super friendly! We asked tons of questions and he had no problem answering all of them. :) A friend told us to contact at least three pest companies to find the best deals and Daniel happen to offered the most competitive rate. I had a termite infestation, I called two other companies to come and give me a quote. Daniel was the last quote. He was very thorough inspecting my attic, outside my house, under my house, my garage. I thought he would be the most expensive, because of how thorough he was. He had the best price of all of them. I hired him and he came back and took care of the termite problem. I would highly recommend Daniel. He is very honest and professional. Daniel is the guy you want, to fix your problem. Look no further!

Daniel, the owner is easy to talk with and very professional with years of experience. This is a great company, he and his wife and a helper. He is an expert at what he does and treats area as needed. A pleasure to be a customer. He spot treated an outdoor french door cottage area on the spot for a reasonable fee, with great communication skills and hands on eperience.

I really do not do the review thing. However, I was very impressed with calter termite solutions. I recently purchased a new house, after researching multiple termite company and hearing horrible stories, I was very weary of hiring anyone. However, I needed to decide on someone and found Calter. The Representative at Calter (Dan) was great from start to finish, he was very professional and knowledgeable. Dan explained my damages, how it occurred, what I could do to help prevent it from occurring again after his services were performed and things to look out for. The after service customer service has been great too, questions that I have had are easily answered, I do not feel like after services, calter earned their money and have no ties to me and for that I will be a repeat customer.

We didn’t say anything weird till we start doing an outdoor project and the contractor told us he saw some bugs as soon as he put some screws on the wall but we didn’t know if was from the new wood or the house, the house was bought on november which was a really big concern to have termite just a few months after the inspection if they really did it… We call Daniel for an inspection and he show us proof of the termite, is not something you are glad to find out but luckily we found out on time to fumigate the house with no major problems, Daniel took his time to explain about the possible solutions and he was really helpfull and the best price around… I like to say i will call him again but hopefully not lol because he give us a pretty good warranty on the job! Thank you i will recommend you!

We found some tiny holes on our bamboo floor and found the damage was done by powder post beetles few weeks ago. Then, we found a pest control company from Unilocal.They referred us to Daniel Ricera, the owner of Calter, who is professional in handling wood damage insects. Daniel did a detail explanation to me after his inspection. Then, he provided a solution with reasonable price. He is a very nice guy, my husband and I like his quality service!
