Val is AMAZING!!! I was getting a little worried because my son wanted a «T — Birds «jacket from the movie grease, i went to several places and they all turned me down! I called up Val and she said I could meet up with her right away so I went to see her & she is just so friendly. Val went above & beyond what I was expecting!!! My son is going to LOVE his jacket! She’s a life saver!!!

If Unilocal had zero stars that’s with this company would get. I was appalled at their customer service from the owner Steve. The Owner of our salon actually owns three salons and give them fairly regular business. Imagine my surprise when I realized he was unwilling to work with me in anyway shape or form when I purchased a T-​shirt from them and they embroidered it. He told me that I should find somebody at the salon that wants it and that he can’t bring a sample of every shirt so basically what I got was what I got. Don’t waste your time there’s plenty of other embroidery places around the inland Empire. Apparently they don’t check into their quality control on the T-​shirts they purchase from whatever companies they get them from.
