I walked by the store and admired how nicely everything was and how the store décor catches the eye. I went in after I saw amazing makeup cases that stood a few feet high. I pulled the puple/black case and explained to the lady that I wanted to use it for my hair tools and or skin care tools, and I wasn’t even finished until she started packing it up and explained that I am not to touch the merchandise because she doesn’t want to have it damaged. She said that is $ 199.00 and we dont want people to touch it. Nothing against me, but she’d fold it back herself. I explained that $ 199.00 is not that expensive and I am a customer and for her 19 – 22 at the most in age to disrupt me in inspecting the product and checking it out because I wanted to buy it was very out of line, and exemplifies bad customer service. Plus I looked fabulous because I just rented an awesome apartment so I had to dress up to look great to the apartment manager. I am not a 5 year old kid that if you damage it you pay for it. I was very careful since the girl was hawking at me and kept saying«that is very expensive». I am not sure why she kept saying that and refused me to see, admire, and inspect the case since it had many pull outs, sections etc… but bad business. I really wanted that case. I won’t be shopping there.

BLING! I’m not a huge fan of accessorizing, but this place makes me want to accessorize like there is no tomorrow. They’ve got some very cute earrings, rings, hair pieces, necklaces, etc. If I loved to dress myself up in jewelry, I’d lose all my money at this kind of store. Who knows… maybe in 15 or so years I will. My little girl loves jewelry, so that statement might just come true.
