Archibald Surgery Center

My procedure was scheduled for 3pm on 5^th February, 2016. I checked in at 1pm and was taken back within 10 minutes. The staff was excellent! Attentive, at the ready, and confident. I have a wonderful Doctor, Sudhir Reddy, and I know he only works with the best. Archibald Surgery Center is the best!

My nightmare begin on November 5^th when I brought my little one for surgery. The nurses and Doctor didn’t make it aware to me that part of what they do (procedure) is to use a suppository on my little one. They didn’t bother to mention to me if I was ok with what they where planing to do and didn’t even bring it up during the consultation with the Doctor. The nurses there smiled in my face but really behind those smiles they were planning to make an unprofessional false, accusations against my family! That facility, their staff of nurses and anesthesiologist that represent that place are awful and evil to put my family what we went through! My child couldn’t even come home to rest and get well because of the visitors who then interrogated my family right after the discharge of my poor child who was in pain and needed much rest!!! I Am looking into taking legal action against this awful place they call Archibald Surgery Ctr. Oh ya by the way when my child came out of surgery he was laying on his stomach with his under wear off and his face was so swollen!!! Tell me does that seem ok to you all? I had a bad feeling in my stomach that day. Those nurses and ever staff member were all smiles but really they were sly, slick, hypocrites, evil and very very UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I would never recommend this place to anyone! What happens the next day was even more unprofessional, I came back to get the paper work I signed regarding my sons surgery and called to make sure the facility was still open, but the doors were locked. They locked the doors on me and my sister. She was there with me for emotional support from what this surgical place put me through! They continued to keep the doors locked and played stupid on the phone while acting like they didn’t know what was going on! Once again so unprofessional and ignorant!!! If I could give this place a negative 5 Stars I would… Please think twice before choosing this place for your child or family members!!!

The staff here is very professional. Nurse Stephanie is wonderful! I don’t have the best veins (very small, I’m told) and Stephanie got my IV in, in one try. That’s a big deal for me.

I had a minor surgery here and the staff made me so comfortable! Each nurse I encountered chatted with me like we were lifelong friends. When my IV was put in I became extremely light headed and the nurses took care of that immediately and did everything they could to keep me warm and comforted. Dr. Roy was also very friendly and assuring before and after my surgery. All in all, a very friendly and warm staff!
