The ‘order glasses’ link on their website (
) links to an out of network provider (
) which means that if you buy your eye glasses there, your claim will only be partially paid out. I find it unethical that they would link prominently to an out of network provider instead of an in network provider on their home page. Its almost like they bait you into using an out of network provider so they don’t have to pay out.
