Starbucks

This location is always busy. Be prepared for a wait no matter what time of day. Also check the «fullness» of your drink. This morning my tall latte was missing quite a bit of milk. When I asked for a full drink no apology was given just a smirk.

Terrible experience! Came here for a strawberry refresher and the service was terrible…
My little sister earned stars for her rewards but didn’t know we had to tell them we wanted to purchase a free drink so She got charged… We didn’t know we had to tell them!
And then this grumpy overweight lady with a bad attitude told us it was our fault and complained while making out drink! U kidding me… Customer service is a joke! We also ordered two vente ice cups of ice and she told us she can’t give out any vente cups because they are running out!!!
I watched her make our drinks and she was frustrated slamming the cups and she wasn’t even sure how to make the strawberry refresher! I heard her ask her manager if this was the correct way…
I can understand bad days but customer service is what sets you apart from other places.
This Starbucks needs to step their game up!

Why do I keep coming back to Starbucks even after their reward program has changed kinda negatively for me (I mostly just drink black coffee)…it’s the coffee of course.
Something about their coffee… it’s stronger, better and hotter then if I make it at home, buy it from an «other» coffee shop. The lines here are fairly quick and parking is available. It’s a quick stop and go with quality coffee!

I like most of the people that work here but they are soooo slow. Come early or don’t come at all if you in a hurry.

Time passes differently at this location so I’ve created a conversion chart to help others. If you use the mobile order, «Your order will be ready in 3 — 7 minutes» means your order will be ready in 15 — 20 minutes. If you are given a time greater than 3 – 7 minutes, this means you should cancel your order and go to another location.

This used to be my favorite Starbucks, but over the course of the last year just about every time i go in the employees are less then pleasant, I’ve even tried in vain to do the mobil order ahead they just can’t seem to get it right! Most of the awesome employee’s have moved on to better jobs and the newest group don’t seem to have a desire to get to know the regulars!
I can’t wait for the new drive-​thru to open up on Folsom blvd maybe they will employ people who care about their job in customer service! They get 3 stars because a young man named Josh went out of his way to make myself and my sister feel welcomed the last time we went in! The manager Chris needs to rethink the rude people she hires because these new ones seem to only care about drawing a paycheck!

I admit since the holidays I have been drinking way to much Starbucks 1 maybe 2 or more a day! Yikez, that’s my personal issue! My favorite holiday coffee is our for the season so I have moved on to white mocha with cinnamon on the whipped cream now I have been to this Starbucks already this morning and ordered the same exact drink, I went this afternoon and the barista tells me oh I’m sorry this cinnamon is now on the counter put it on yourself! bullcrap!!! they did it this morning and they will do it tomorrow morning or I’ll change my review and apologize I wish I had the nerve to go back and reach in and grab my tip out! I’m sorry that’s just lazy I saw the cinnamon sitting there and I would have Sat there and argue with her but there was a lot of their customers I just got a little frustrated however she did make a killer white mocha I will give her that

I stop by here on my way to work to get morning caffeine fix (Starbucks in Capital Village). They do get busy in the mornings, but that is to be expected with the office buildings across the street. Staff are always friendly and cheerful, even when when busy. Special shout out to Belinda and Amy.
You can mobile order and pick up your order, but I like popping in and seeing the friendly faces.

WARNING: This location is super busy from 7:20am and on due to the many businesses in the area. The employees are always nice but of course there is only so much they can do with a line of customers trying to get their coffee. I have waited a total of 5 minutes to over 20 minutes from the time I get in line until I get my cup of coffee in my hand. Otherwise, they are usually on point with their coffee, always clean and love their holiday décor.

They have great peeps and good drinks! Always have a smile on their faces and are pleasant to be around. The staff is definitely exceptional!

There is a guy with a black apron his name starts with a P… Forgive me for not knowing his whole name. He is great with recommendations and he delivers great service! I’ll be back here next time! Thank you!

Sacramento is a warm place, I get it. But at 9 am it is miserable to have the A/​C cooling this location to walk in freezer like conditions. It don’t care how hot and tasty the drinks are, they still won’t be enough to cure my almost hypothermia condition from sitting here working for a half hour. Either that or run an extension cord outside for customer power supply.

This used to be my TO GO to Starbucks before work. BUUUUUUT that was when I started work @630AM. Since I start work @830, it gets jaaaaam packed & parking for me is just a nightmare.
Who wants to go to work all rushed? NOT I.
Anywhoooo. This spot 99% of the time gets my drink right, there have been the slight chance where they’ve made it wrong & a simple email/​message to Starbucks is suffice & will send you a free drink for next time. (Because who has the time to wait AGAIN for a remake?).
This location is bigger than most spots I’ve been to & outdoor seating which is nice. It’s a busy spot due to businesses around and the many food spots near by (in the same parking lot).
If it wasn’t for rushing to work in the morning, I would be a regular yet again.
PS. I love Belinda !! She’s great! & seeing familiar faces often is a bonus.

Every time I’ve come to this location which is quite often, I’ve had amazing customer service. I was on my break and one of the batistas let me try a yummy drink they made. I love it!

This has to be the SLOWEST Starbucks EVER! I’ve tried giving this place the benefit of the doubt but I just can’t anymore. This Starbucks is in between my home and job, I’ve tried going in 15 minutes prior to my shift and I’m always late. I go to the other Starbucks on whiterock Rd and I’m in and out faster and they have drive through! #SlowestStarbucks

They always remember my name and ask which of the three drink I usually drink I would like today. I tend to do my work on my laptop there and they always have space with a plug for me to use. They are fast with getting my drink to me after I order it. They always warn me when a new drink comes out if it has something in it I cannot have. Out of all the different starbucks this one has the best baristas.

I have visited many Starbucks locations but this one is by far the slowest. We waited 15 minutes for a drink when there is 4 baristas working and very short line.
The customer in front of me had there drink made incorrectly. The drink took about 15 min to make initially but when he brought it to there attention it was corrected within minutes.
Management needs to reassess their wait time.

A nice location with great people. The seating is nice and it’s great to come here, enjoy some coffee/​tea, and chat with friends. The people that work here are friendly and give quick service. Whenever I’m here I always seem to get exactly what I want and the drinks are amazing.

I’ve been going here since they opened. Great customer service. Friendly staff with good attitudes and plenty of smiles.
The corporate policies can be odd at times, but that’s corporate not this location. They simply play by the rules from the mother ship.

Great location and great staff. Can get crowded @ peak morning hours, but line moves quickly. Good selection of food in the morning.
Park in the back if the front row is full. More spaces and easier to get around.
