If you are looking to rent reliable and well maintained equipment, then I highly recommend using River City Rentals. I have rented from other rental companies over the years and I have ran into problems on jobs before because the equipment was not properly maintained. Due to the industry that I am in, having a piece of rented equipment that you can rely on is very important-​it has not only saved me time but money as well. I have shopped around and their prices are very reasonable and the staff is very friendly.

Very disappointing experience. We were told by the fellow in the office to meet Matt who was the manager «in the yard». We went out back and he looked over at us, but he was engrossed in a personal conversation with other employees and did not stop while we stood there waiting to be helped. We waited until he paused in this conversation to ask him for help. He was dismissive and he seemed very disinterested, and so we realized he didn’t want our business. We went elsewhere.
