PuroClean Water Fire & Mold Damage

Puroclean was WONDERFUL to work with! Victor was very good at explaining the process, working with partners to deal with some environmental issues we had to fix, and did a great job removing our flooring, etc. He was great about returning my phone calls and texts and was very patient when I asked him tons of questions. I was very pleased with their professionalism, interface with the insurance company and the job that they did remediating my flooded home. I would highly recommend!

This is not like me to make a comment BEFORE completion of work or service but I feel very confident but PuroClean this far. Victor called within minutes of placing my very first insurance claim as a 32 year olds of homeownership. I did not know what to expect. Well first it comes from having a stellar insurance company, who has great connections such as PuroClean. These guys called literally 30 minutes after I got off the telephone with the insurance adjuster. They said it would be no more than an hour and they would be here. They were timely, professional and knowledgeable.
Hopefully we don’t experience such issues as water damage like we did but of it comes to Water Fire Mold Biohazard damage issues, these guys will be the first to call for personal or my business.
Again not finished but i don’t see them being nothing but the best this far.

Before my wife and I moved into our shortsale, Dan and his crew took care of a nasty case of orange mold under our deck that was caused by a leeky back porch roof. I can’t stress the level of professionalism and class that Dan had while on the job. He was at my house and I had a quote in hand within a couple of hours of my first call. I highly recommend him and his crew for any and all needs!

We recently had water come through the walls of our home from the last rain storm which flooded our living room and hallway. It wasn’t covered by insurance but when we called PuroClean they were very quick to send out 2 guys even though it was a Sunday. The workers were well dressed and knew what they were doing. PuroClean had everything dried out in 2 days. I highly recommend these guys.
