I showed her an image of how i wanted my hair (ombré) and she did exactly that! Good quality and great customer service with a cheap price, I was surprised to see that. I’m definetly coming back again for those retouches no matter how far it is from my home. Its a salon worth going to! Ask for Gaby she is the best! Especially if you have messed up hair styles from previous hair salons she can FIX it

This salon is AWESOME! They take time to do a really good job with your hair. I was very pleased with my haircut n the coloring. I would recommend it to anyone out there looking for a best haircuts for less $. You get more than what you pay for, unlike other salons out there ripping ppl off. Thank you Progressive Hair Salon!!! I love my hair!

I just came in there for a trim. I am always one to try and support local business’s. When I came in I was looked at and said hi. I said I needed a trim. I did not get a ok we will be with you in a moment or asked what exactly I wanted. I waited over 30 minutes and not one single person from the staff, INCLUDING THE OWNER THAT CAME OUT TO TALK TO A GENTLEMEN WHO WAS THERE, further acknowledge me for still waiting or ask me if I would like to make an appointment for a later time. I feel because Im not what the salon caters to that I dont deserve customer service. Thats ok, now that I know thats how it can be I will let others know that ask me. On the plus side the inside of the salon was beautiful. Im just very disappointed to be treated the way I was!!!

The women here are terrible. They are very unprofessional and rude. I’ve came here multiple times and was treated terribly and felt completely awkward. I would not recommend this place or go here ever again.

she LISTENS to what you want which is important will drive 1 ½ to go here! because its hard to find someone you trust.
not the best location but its worth your time. its not like you will be there a very long time so its ok HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I haven’t let anyone cut my hair for the past 6 years until now I love the way Gabriela cut my hair she does a good job with hair color too my hair is black and I have it with white blonde streaks and it’s not dead like other places she does an awesome job!!! The only thing is that it gets really busy do you have to call ahead of time to make an appointment other than that it’s a decent place!
