I gave their general line a call, just the number that came up on google. When the lady answered the phone she was rude. I asked if this was the Sacramento location and she made a disgusted sound and then questioned me about why i was calling before just transferring me to the Sacramento location (or rancho cordova apparently). definitely never calling back.

I graduated from this amazing school in May of 2011 and have nothing but great things to say about the staff and the curriculum at Pinnacle College Sacramento.
The treatment I received from the time of enrollment to present day has been courteous and professional to say the least. The staff and everyone involved with pinnacle has always held a high standard for education and for their graduates. I would like to thank everyone at pinnacle for sharing their knowledge and helping prepare me for the challenges of our modern day economy.

Pinnacle, looks good on the surface but as a current student, I found that two of the four studios are messed up. Things are broken and have been broken since I started, over 5 months ago. Gear doesn’t work, the teachers do their best to work around it all, but the people in charge don’t really seem to care, otherwise they would fix the gear. I would hesitate to record my band in either of these studios. Maybe when the previous reviewer wrote his review, things weren’t as old and broken. It is possible to learn here but it does make it difficult and makes me wonder what they’re spending my tuition on, really not maintaining the equipment.
