Katie is tons of fun. Her great sense of humor and selection of music make the hard parts of class fly by. Her barre classes are well thought out, with attention paid to the entire body and modifications as necessary. Her background in fitness give her the knowledge to motivate and work you out… hard, if you want! :-)

I didn’t know what Pilates was at first and I didn’t know that Pilates teaches body awareness, helps develop good posture, increases strength and flexibility, and creates a toned body. I have been strength training for a little over two years now and I was tired of experiencing lower back pain. Due to the constant increase in weight for barbell squats, dead lifts, shoulder press and chest press, it was taking a toll on my body. I have taken classes with Katie for about 6 months now and I’ve seen a remarkable difference from my body 6 months ago compared to now. All thanks to Katie and Pilates, my lower back is stronger, my overall posture has improved and my core has become a lot stronger allowing my strength training to continue! I now cross train Pilates twice a week with my strength training and I don’t plan on doing one without the other moving forward. Katie is funny and was able to make my Pilates experience very enjoyable and challenging every single time.
