Yesterday was my first time working with Home Inspector Matt Brownell and he did an exceptional job. I always use BPG because they have great inspectors but my regular inspector was busy and it was short notice so they sent out Matt. I was nervous because I want the very best for my clients and I did not know what to expect. We both arrived 30 minutes early. He crawled under the home, in the attic and inspected every nook and cranny and took photos of everything for our inspection report.
Matt did not let me down, he did a thorough and excellent job for my clients, even staying late to explain every detail to them and answer all their questions. I was very pleased but most importantly, they were very pleased. I highly recommend Matthew Brownell with BPG and would use him again.
