These guys were a nightmare of false promises and lying to your face, with no remorse. Jeff Lovelace, the «estimator» completely misrepresented what Masters was going to do in refinishing my hardwood floors, and tried to get paid for over $ 5,000 worth of work they did not do and never intended to do, but billed for. Marcel, the actual hardwood floor refinisher, looked me in the face and said (on an enforced return visit to do repairs from their initial effort) that he had refinished, now, the wood under my refrigerator as initially promised, yet, again, he did not. It looked terrible. It was astounding to me they could continue to just lie! Both men can be very charming, but in the end are just dishonest, or at best totally inept. I had to pay another hardwood floor refinisher to come in and repair all the poor workmanship. They also did substantial damage to my personal property, which they just dumped on my back patio and in my garage, rather than hire professional movers and proper storage (which they billed for). I just got my antique dining room table back from being repaired and refinished due to the damage Masters caused by dumping it in my back yard uncovered for days. Do NOT use this company.

Faith was awesome to work with. Freddie and Angel came at 6am and did a fabulous install. I was nervous to get new carpet in my three bedrooms because they all had heavy furniture in them. They moved everything and dismantled the beds and put everything back in perfect order. Amazing!

Ordered two large appliances from Masters Wholesale. They were very helpful with my research to find the perfect appliances. Once ordered, the delivery and installation person was extremely professional and went above and beyond with his service. I only had one small complaint, having to do with the extended warranty — however this issue has since been resolved. I would recommend this business.

If I could give minus stars, I would. This company «installed» flooring for us. Our contractor said it was the «worst flooring install he had ever seen». Yet though it was such a mess that we must have it removed, this company not only refuses to reimburse us, but when we returned to their store to seek to explain why they should repair the mess their installer had left, they threatened to «have us removed from their store». I want to be quick to add that we were not in any way causing a scene at their store or threatening them in any way. We were speaking with their salesman and the floor manager when someone who claimed to be the owner rudely interrupted, shouting at us and threatening us. We immediately and voluntarily left the premises. This was the worst place of business with which I have ever dealt.
