Had a togo order of Kung Pao chicken chow mein! Great food for the price and the portions are far from stingy! Food was made quickly and tasted hot and fresh.

Yum! Much better than Sonny’s in RC. Was fairly cheap too… We each got a 3 order entrée with a drink for under $ 20! Will definitely be back.

This is a pretty good place to get a bite to eat for lunch. It’s Panda Express style, so comparable to that. Not my first choice for Chinese food; although there are not many in the surrounding vicinity.

It’s very hard to find a superb Chinese restaurant in the Rancho Cordova area. Lots of Luck has been here as long as I have lived in the area so it’s great to see businesses holding strong in a tough economy. I have ordered here probably 10 times over the past 6 years and not much has changed in the way of taste. The fried rice is my favorite but could use just a little more flavor. Fried cream cheese wontons and foil wrapped chicken are also pretty good. If you are looking for inexpensive middle of the road Chinese then this is the perfect place to try out.

When I went to the restaurant it looked very nice and clean. The lady greeted me with a smile and was very polite. I ordered orange chicken among other things. My order was a to go. Which took about 20mins for all my food to ready. I notice on the menu that they didn’t have egg rolls but another customer had other them. I find that odd. It should be added to the menu. The price isn’t so bad. It was a good meal and great service.

The best Chinese food in Rancho Cordova, this place never lets me know and the owners are the nicest people.

O_o I’m sorry, I’m just a little baffled at the ratings for this place… The owners are really funny/good people and the place is spacious/clean but the food is just – awful, in my opinion. Just goes to show that you cant always trust Unilocal reviews for accuracy because everyone’s taste-buds are different… Ive had the Chow Mein – which was a mushy stew flavored mess and if Im being honest this dish alone is the reason why i wont go back… I’m a serious noodle lover and they just didn’t do it justice. The sesame chicken is pretty good, though the breading is never crunchy. And lastly, the Mongolian beef– Also like a stew, and tasted/smelled of beef before its cooked(if you know what i mean) its as if rookies are in the back preparing these dishes? Or all the franchise Chinese food places have been doing it wrong/differently and Lots of Luck is traditional(If that’s the case, eating Chinese in China has just been crossed of my bucket-list) I really don’t like leaving abrasive reviews but It couldn’t be helped since I’ve given this place three chances.

First off, this review is based on the fact that this is a fast food restaurant. So my expectations are a little different. Secondly, this is Rancho Cordova. This is a great spot for fast, reasonably-priced food with huge portions. More than enough for two meals. Sometimes I just want some greasy goodness, and their chow mein delivers. I also love their BBQ pork and salt & pepper pork(although it has zero spice). I wish they had the option to get it fried with jalapeños, but hey, this is Ramcho Cordova, gotta appeal to your client-base. I also used them to cater my daughter’s birthday party(OK, a portion of the party). I ordered their pork fried rice and chicken chow mein party platters. Great deal and great portion. Plus, they cook it within an hour of pick-up, so it’s super fresh. If you pick up late, they will remake it. But their food was a hit at the party. Perfect amount of greasy goodness!

This place is always great!!! The best Chinese food and restaurant in Sacramento!!! Services is always on point! As you can see from the reviews, this place is great! As I am here a lot, I always see different people here all having a blast with the services and yet to see anyone ever upset or let down. So, come and visit; say hi, enjoy the great food for a great price! If you ask nice enough, you can mix up your plate to fit your own needs :-). Okay, stop reading and start driving to this wonderful spot!!!

We got under cooked chicken. When they returned it… it was burnt. Salmonella is no joke. Besides that I ordered a three item plate. Everything tasted the same. It was like they cook everything with the same spices. I’m sorry, undercooked chicken then burnt chicken topped off with mediocre food just leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

I’ve been going to lots of luck for lots of years. It’s pretty good. I recently went tho and the kung pow chicken was so salty I had to stop eating it. The rest was really good. I just wish they would have went a little easy on the salt.

I enjoy coming here and ordering the food that they have to offer. The lady that takes the orders is really nice and always makes an effort to remember you and what you usually order. The store is clean and well maintained. The food is made quickly and made well. I love their chicken chow mein. My parents enjoy their vegetables and how it’s prepared. My brother loves their chicken dishes as well. This is my family’s go to restaurant when we’re craving Chinese food.

Recommended by a good friend, I enjoyed it. AS far as the other entrees go, they are all okay. Nothing stuck out too much, but what did it for me was the chow mein. It took me back to a familiar flavor that I grew up with when I was younger. My dad used to bring me to a hole in the wall spot in SF and they had $ 1 take out boxes of chowmein and friend rice, and this place is the closest I have found that came close to that familiar flavor. I’ve gone back twice in a row, and will be back

I’m a fan of this place. I like to frequent them, because I can call in my order and pick-up in about 15 minutes. I haven’t eaten in their establishment, but it does look like an older style kitchen environment. That being said, their food is good and at a good value.

The salt and pepper fried pork kicked so much butt, the bacon was forgotten about! EnTyce Jackson got the kung pow plate with the chow mein and fried rice. The food delivered has not overly done with sauce like you see sometimes — you know when they add too much sauce and ruin the food. The was done well and we will definitely be returning to this place in the future.

Best chinese food in town? HAAAA I don’t think so. I’m sorry I would rather eat Panda Express then this place any day! I got 2 entrée combo plate with broccoli beef and sesame chicken. The broccoli were soggy and soaked in sauce and the food was super salty. wow! I feel like I just ate a whole can of salt. Yuck! Chicken flavor was good but there were so much batter on it that there was barely any meat.

I know I can be a bit spoiled because my father in law used to be the head chef at a successful Chinese place in Stockton. Since he retired I have been on the search for someplace that has decent Chinese food at a reasonable price. Several people from my work suggested this place so I decided to give it a try. I am a vegetarian so the first time I ordered I got vegetable egg foo young. It was drowned in sauce, and chewy. The rice was so dry and over cooked I couldn’t eat it even with the abundance of sauce. Everyone I told said it must have been an off day and I should try it again. So today I ordered vegetable chow mein and hot and sour soup. The chow mein was greasy and flavorless. The soup was so sour I couldn’t taste anything else. In the end twice was enough for me. I will continue the hunt for a great lunch place in rancho.
